Felt he was ok in the first half but he really stepped up with Cal went off which is interesting.

First hour he was absolutely honking, then he decided to show up and absolutely ran the show for the last 30

He’s done this so often this season, when everyone else tires he just kicks up a few gears. Totally opposite to him 2 years ago being fantastic for 60mins then fall off a cliff stamina wise.

The close control just before McCowan's shot that hits the bar is ridiculous

I think it's probably his time to move on in the Summer tbh, need far more consistency from a regular starter in his position, came nowhere close to filling the shoes of O'Riley from the same position, given the player trading model I'd be least upset at seeing him moved on over a Kuhn, Maeda or AJ

I'd be happy enough to keep him around as a squad player but can't see him settling for that, can't see us getting any crazy offers though, maybe somewhere between £6-8M, £10M at most

Really hard one to understand but for most of this season, he has been honking for first hour, looks way off it and then bingo, he thunders into it and puts in an awesome last half hour. Just imagine the player we would have if he found consistency.
Or has it anything to do with opposition tiring and he is just finding that little pockets that were not there for first hour?

What is it about Hattate and last 25mins of games?

Superb in latter stages to the point where he's now rarely subbed.
Stunning in big UCL games and recent league games too, including St Mirren.
Maybe when he's knackered he can't think too hard about what he's doing and it just flows?
Or he needs to do a much longer warm up!!!

First 60mins of games, still same old hesitant, wasteful but occasionally brilliant Reo.

Would love too see his stats first 60 v last 30.

Aye was going to say this to @henriks tongue it's as if he took more responsibility when McGregor left the field.

Got better as the game went on. Brilliant ball for Yang. He does things that none of our other midfielders can.

Much better when McGregor went off. Still far too inconsistent for me, and that’s within games not just game to game. If we got an offer, I’d sell in the summer.

It's because everyone else is tired, and the game opens up, so he's get a split second longer on the ball, which is just enough for him to unlock defences

Think we seen all sides of him today. Was unusually hesitant to play direct late on.

His delays in passing eas * poor today, he did end up managing a good one for maeda but held the ball up too much for me today.
