    9/10 for me.

The Dortmund game away is the only stain this campaign and it was really pleasing to see the team adapt and take control in the games we did lose after falling behind, Villa away and Munich at home.

Last night was the best away performance I think I've ever seen from us. Given the current circumstances and changes with finances throughout football.

We will break our turnover record this year for sure but our cost base will be higher too. We will make a greater profit this year as things stand.

CL money will be over £10m higher this year when you include ticket and commercial sales probably nearer £12m.

We are on course for 29 home games this season due to cup draws and two extra CL games. This is the most home games we have had in a season for a good few years.

On building on squad, there will be things outwith our control. The downside to games like last night is guys like Kuhn, Hatate, Engels, Maeda, Johnston and both centre backs will attract attention. We are a small fish when it comes to wages we will pay vs bigger leagues and there is a shelf life to how long many of these guys will stay with us.

We can’t lose a load of them at once but the reality is I could see Kuhn and Hatate going this summer and other than keeping an unhappy player what do we do there? To me we should be really ramping up our player recruitment side so that we are not sitting waiting on the last day of the window to get players in.

Many advantages : Apart from a great performance last night by the players, there will be quality players watching that and now think….I want to play for Glasgow Celtic the Champions league team.

7.5/10 for me... 7 is too harsh, 8 is too kind... With the Dortmund exception we started winning by being ruthlessly clinical in attack, we drifted later but kept getting the chances and the press.

It was a very mature performance from a team that was often being asked a * of lot, both in terms of the level of our opposition and how frequently we were being expected to play.

Last night shows the very fine margin of how we can do if we retain our critical players, adequately replace the ones we move on and keep an eye on a progressive growth plan, rather than settling on domestic dominance - grow in Europe and the domestic campaign will fall in naturally!

As Rodgers says, in order to grow to the next level we need to strengthen through the bench as well as topping up the team, and having "excess" on the budget is not something out board has ever been comfortable with. That's our main challenge, as we appear to have gotten through slightly that the correct player is worth £10M+ to buy, and that mature players without sell-on options are worth picking up on good wages and low fees, but top loading the wage bill on the OPTION of future monies runs very much against their grain...

If we do this and sell our main assets, rip up the unit and start speculating again I'd say this was just a flash in the pan and I'd downgrade the season to a fluky 6.5. If we actually scout and buy off the back of it and hit the qualifiers hard and fast, with strength, I'd happily say it's been a growing AND learning year in Europe and it could even be a 9... Our European level will be decided over the entire year, not just what we did in the group we had...

its difficult to gauge with the new format and the favourable draw that said i think rodgers finally had a rethink about going toe2toe with europes big guns after dortmund .atalanta was a strong performance and leipzig was superb .brugge and zagreb were a huge dissapointment ,the team looked dead on their feet at that point (domestically too) ,i dont think it was beyond us to have won both games and left us in a position for a better draw, villa game also a chance to put ourselves in a better position ,there was a dead rubber vibe when it was anything but. played well v bayern both games hadnt enough quality ultimitely .10 competitive games against much better opposition than we are used to will be a massive advantage if we build on the team and dont sell our best again

The only real downside for me was feeling like we could have got more out of Zagreb away and maybe subsequently got a kinder draw for the playoff. But yesterday man, could not be more proud

I would say an 8 based on the draw being quite kind to us. Some superb performances- Slovan and Liepzig in particular stand out. We had some decent away results in Atalanta and Zagreb whilst also holding what look a top Brugge team at home whilst then pushing Bayern all the way.

It has been the most enjoyable campaign in years.

Good draw that we won’t get again and stumbled through a couple of games in the middle.

Overall pretty positive though and showed we can hang with the best. I think we’ve learned as we’ve progressed. Where we might have capitulated in the past we’ve stayed in games and really threatened some good sides.

    Again an 8.

    Financially 4

But were boxing above our weight. And doing well. So proud after last night, everyone of them to a man played their hearts out

But we should have and could have beaten Brugge, Atalanta.

But we live and learn. We'll be far better next season when Tierney's back and Jota is settled more.

I have an extra special love of Celtic today. We're back where we belong.

I think we had a favourable draw and had some mixed performances/results in there, we played the 2 bottom teams and RBL who finished 5th bottom, that would be unusual for a team of their quality and if they played to their usual capabilities I don't we would have qualified but that aside I think we showed that we can compete like the games against Atalanta and we also took care of the teams we should be beating. I wouldn't be surprised that we get a tough draw and don't make the play off phase, assuming we get through of course. There does, hopefully, seem to be steady progression through the campaign we really need to keep that going into next season.

I 100% want the CL but I won't be overly disappointed if we fall into the EL as I think this team with an addition or 3 could be looking at semi finals at least and maybe even win it.

As much as I am proud of last nights performance I think I would score this as a 7/10 campaign. Zagreb, Dortmund and Young Boys are what hold it back from an 8

The new format certainly suits us and makes me relish the draw..

The only gripe I have, is we have a qualifier to play next season.. as we should have recruited in preparation for that tie and the inevitable sale of a couple of players in the summer..

7/10 for me .board held us back a bit .cant be too critical as they have brung in some good players but we could have had a better window.with the amount of money we are making as a club .a little sprinkle of one or two quality additions that would have inspired that team we could have been through that tie .

Not sure that's true... The new format really does work for teams like us! If we get into the group stages we will be looking at about 50% of the teams being our equals or slight lessers, and then we only need to give the kind of displays we did in the big games (excluding Dortmund obviously!) and we're going to keep looking good...

Look at last night and we were close to seeing a situation where Milan, Atalanta and Bayern all get knocked by underdogs! With the Benfica/Monaco match being roughly a battle of "mid-level" teams we could have seen 50% of the next round being populated by teams that were "supposed" to be out for the "big leagues"... All 3 teams would probably be out in the old format...

Been a great campaign. The Leipzig performance was as good as I've seen us in a long time. The games against Brugge and Atalanta demonstrated a pragmatism that we haven't had in recent seasons and the team as a whole looks to have grown up.

I would say 7.5. lose points for the Zagreb game we should have won, would of changed everything. And should of beaten Bruuge Other than that and the borussia humiliation it's been near perfect. .

Although one thing people are forgetting is this was statistically the easiest draw we could of got (even from the uefa supercomputer). It won't be as easy again next year.

People keep saying we should have beaten Brugge, where's the evidence of this..

They were better than us for most of that game and have just knocked out Atalanta, they're a good side, with a bigger budget spent on players.

We had the ability just didn't show up for most of the game unfortunately much like the first half of the Bayern game at parkhead.

Not sure about that, think a bit of credit needs to go to Brugge.. tactics were spot on, pressed us well and were good on the ball.. we underestimated them..
