Dortmund was a freak event where a team kicks a ball and it just goes in from anywhere. An event that happens once a generation. A total bit of luck. We'll * hump them next time.

 

His tactics in europe is what I want from any of the nanagers we have. Literally the perfect tactic for us.

Back him big time this summer. Next season will probably be his last with us and I doubt the next manager will be the same level, so just go out and get him what he wants and let's see where next season can take us.

 

He did what he said we should do. Excellent performance. An elite manager.

 

Surely he has won over all the fans now. Tactics and pragmatism to get performances in Europe to go with the domination domestically.

 

To go from Dortmund to that is unreal.

They scored with half of their shots. If we had done the same, we'd have scored five or six.

Xg for both teams was a little over 2.

Everything they hit, went in. A fluke result.

Very good CL campaign and still in with a chance of another domestic treble. The first few months he came back we were torture, who knows why but I think there was something going on in the background. Since then he has went above and beyond expectations. Time to back him heavily in the summer to bring in another 2 or 3 top additions and try to push forward again.

 

Given how he left us, like many others I had reservations about his return.

Especially when you consider how it all unravelled at Leicester

However, can’t really fault anything he’s done since coming back, and without question he’s improved the team recently.

Like many of our better players, I hope he gets offered (and willingly signs) a new contract soon.

 

He needs support now from the board. A couple of quality players added to the squad will make a huge difference. Very proud of my wee team tonight.

 

Let down by his squad tonight tbh, just had nothing on the bench but what a * job he’s done. Said it last week but he’s by a country * mile the best manager we could ever dream of having and we desperately need to keep him here for as long as he wants to be.

Back him with whatever the * he wants and he’ll take the club to heights we’ve not seen in a long time.

 

Get the contract out, put whatever numbers he wants on it

Delighted he's immediately talking about improvement and strengthening the squad.
