    Hearing "Oh, my days!". I dunno, it's just such a * thing to say.

    Football commentators (all of them, it seems) using the word 'turnover'. When and why the * did that start?

    At corners in every football match the ref stopping the game to talk to two * pulling and pushing each other. Just leave them to it and give a foul/penalty or book both of them

    "4 in a bed" (no not that one) where people are getting there hotels visited by competitors and their rooms are dirty. Why wouldn't your rooms be spotless?

    Jeremie Frimpong used to say that all the time in his post match interviews. "Oh my days..."
    It's an English saying. I don't know what it's an abbreviation of....But it's one of those old sayings that avoid 'taking the Lord's name in vain'. They used to take this very seriously in the old days (my days!)..one of the 10 commandments etc.

    That's how it would have originated.....that doesn't make it any less annoying however
