I think we replaced him in the summer mate. We don’t spend £9.5m on a striker that isn’t planned on being our main man in my opinion. Idah deserves his chance to the end of the season. Easley signs are showing he can be the man to step up.

Kyogo has been inconsistent all season as well to be fair. I think a striker to add numbers is perhaps required, and definitely a left back if Tierney doesn’t happen. I just don’t see the “disaster” though. I’m usually critical as * of us as a club also.

 

Surely idah was the replacement of giakoumakis, which was over due.

I’ve said this already, but I think we replaced Kyogo in the summer. Don’t think we can just write off Idah and £9.5m after 6 months. We do need cover at left back if Tierney isn’t coming until the summer though. I agree there.

 

Not at £9.5m he won’t have been mate.

The price wasn't the point though, or so we was told by folk in summer.

We got rinsed by Norwich, wasn't like we went out to want to sign a £9m player, because if we did, we could have gotten so much better.

Idah wasn't a preplanned replacement for Kyogo.

If idah and meada were to pick up injuries and be out for several weeks we are * and we shouldn't be in that sort of situation.

No, we definitely need two that share the burden tho. The £9.5m is irrelevant in some ways..

 

Aye one more for cover would be fine. I think some are getting carried away if they think we’re just going to write off £9.5m on Idah already though and bring in someone to play ahead of him.
