    Least it's hopefully still on.

That'd be some end. Add Miller, Jota into it and it'd be the best January window I'll have seen. Despite losing Kyogo we'd be stronger on paper by some margin.

    That should be the aim.

I'm taking it it's Lennon Miller and no the other one....

I'd leave him at Motherwell for now....it's no as if he's getting a gig at ibrox with a name like Lennon.

But then again they signed Liam Patrick Kelly just recently.

Dreaming of a deadline day where we get:

    Kvistgaarden
    Tierney
    Orjasaeter
    Miller

Would be happy with Kvistgaarden and KT though. Sign Miller and loan him back. Orjasaeter would be good but not really a priority for me.

Going to be a long day. Been here too many times before, so not getting my hopes up.

That is some down to earth realistic dreaming your doing....those 4 signings would be kinda underwhelming if you were in a dream state and nothing was real and you could sign absolutely anybody.....well u can....your dreaming.

Can u no dream we're signing prime Roy Keane at DM?....20 year old Paulo Maldini at left back?....Johan Cruyff oot on the wing there.....and Eusebio to replace kyogo?

That sounds like a cracking dream...much more worth going to sleep for

Ah....the old 'replace him before he leaves' tactics.

Its all well and good but you lose a lot of calamity, anxiety and worry when you are too organised like Rennes did there. Properly ruined it for their fans, so they did

I always say you are better to sell your best players and leave the position vacant for a good while to create nessescary tension...if you want to really crank up the heat you can ignore a player if he gives you 4 months notice that he's leaving. There's no need to take him seriously......you must then however dive in with a pointless panic buy just before the window shuts. For good effect. Just any * at all will do. Preferably a loan deal with no certainty. Completely ignore next season obviously.

Football is not the same if u stop leaving things to the last minute and start crazy planning ahead and all that kinda stuff. It ruins things...

Use it as an example of what could happen if you don't stay at school and try hard. You could end up on the books at Tynecastle, totally stuck and unwanted like poor Lawrence Shankland.

There won't be a day goes by where he does not regret his life choices. It's not too late for your pupils though....they can avoid Tynecastle through education, learning to think for themselves and by making good life choices.

Make sure you stress the importance of avoiding sexual relationships with close relatives..... Just because it's OK in Gorgie and everyone else is doing it doesn't mean it's acceptable now in the real world where actual people live.

He's due the best part of a day in the confessional booth for his part in promoting the heretical heathen views of loyalism and attempting to cause damage and deliberate detriment to The Holy Roman Catholic Church of Rome, attempting to hinder and halt the grand and righteous crusade of St Patrick's Army against the evils of Britain, and it's imperialistic empire of poppies, minutes silences, the Antique Roadshow every Sunday, * Midsommer * Murders. And all aspects of British satanic culture that is still being spread by vastly outnumbered small and pathetic groups of loyalists in hun ridden * holes of inbreeding, natural genetic mutations complete with a natural complete inability to produce rational thought and see through bigoted outdated religious objections that are non-accepting to any non arayian

Have u ever noticed that players look faster at Tynecastle cause the pitch is so small?
It is the smallest pitch in professional fitbaw in Scotland.

It's easy to play there if you are used to it. Just look how close the 18 yard line is to the shy line. There is no space. Marking the opposition is easy.
They are used to that size of pitch. It had the exact opposite effect when Hearts play at Hampden. It being the largest playing surface in Scotland. It's almost like a different game. Hearts full backs get torn apart cause they have about double the space to cover on the wings as at Tynecastle. They cannot switch from having very little room on the pitch to having massive spaces to close down.

Does anyone remember signing Tommy Gravesen from Real Madrid when Strachan was here? It turned out to be a poor match up...us and Gravesen. I mean..scoring a stunning blooter against the huns was not enough to disguise the fact that he just wouldn't follow orders or stick to a gameplan. He was a loose cannon. A nutter if u will.

Well anyway it's worth noting that Petrov wanted to leave for England. We allowed him to go. But interestingly not until Gravesen was signed, and in the door and ready to play. That is an interesting innovative concept that we stopped doing. Signing a replacement and bringing them in before the guy they are replacing actually leaves. A very good idea that

There are some players that are genuinely irreplaceable.
Kenny Dalglish. It wouldnt matter who we signed, they would not be as good as Dalglish. Just not possible unless we could have signed that wee Maradona boy. He wisnae bad.

Henrik Larsson. Again completely irreplaceable rendering his sale for any fee imaginable still utterly pointless cause no amount of money could replace him.

Charlie Nicholas, not long after Dalglish, was replaced by McClaire and our Maurice when he left for Arsenal. McGarvey was still there too.
When a big 600 grand offer came in for McClaire from Man Utd and our Maurice went to France aswell. The board replaced the strike force with McAvennie, Andy Walker and Mark McGhee.
They left and it was onto Dziekanowski, Tommy Coyne and Gerry Creaney. Always replacing players as soon as they leave or even before they do. The old board done it and I can't believe I'm praising them.

If we were praising the Kelly's, Whites, and Grants...the old board...for doing something right...the same something that we are not doing right at this moment...that is crazy to think about. I never thought I would l learn anything from them or have anything generally positive to say about them. But they replaced strikers more efficiently and with more urgency than our board just now........Yes I am in disbelief that I have just said those things. It should never have come to being compared to that shower of thieving useless *. But that's what it's came down to now. It's unfortunate but true
