    My flight was cancelled yesterday so jumped on a supporters bus over. Bus disembarked the boat and literally turned round and went straight back onto it. It was a risk we all took and unfortunately didn’t pay off. All well and good saying it should’ve been called last night but how can you fully assess damage to a stadium if it’s pitch black and the storm is still there. It’s not the end of the world, we’ll be back again.

    That's the way I am looking at it too. Could well be a blessing in disguise.Everything happens for a reason I feel.
    Gives the lads a well deserved break before Villa, more signings in hopefully, and we will be on equal terms with an in form Dundee team, relatively quickly on Feb 5th.

    The players getting a rest is the best thing that could have happened. Feel sorry for anybody that’s travelled but this is the result of freak weather conditions and don’t think there’s any blame to be dished out.

    Yeah this is true and Dundee will have a game next weekend too so will only have had a days extra rest not a full week.

    You would also imagine the squad being used between Motherwell, Dundee and Raith games. If Jota and Tierney are done plus Maeda is suspended for Wednesday that would be three top quality players that could play on Sunday and be fresh. McCowan and Bernardo are very decent midfield options too that can rotate in and fingers crossed we may have a new striker, although it might be Dundee before we see them.
