If I'm having a biscuit it's a cup of tea..just milk no sugar...but the only coffee drink I can drink or like I should say is a cappuccino from Costa.

Only recently found out that the different brands of teas are actually made for where they are sold/what water is used.

So a Scottish Blend tastes good with Scottish water, but won't taste the same if you used it in Cornwall.
Same for Yorkshire tea and the rest. Seemingly so.

Anyway, used to always be on twinings, because I'm a pretend posh *.
But recently switched to Scottish blend to give this a try and it's no bad actually.

2 bags in my flask, good splash of milk, 2 litres of tea for the day ahead.

I don't mind an occasional Yorkshire Tea, but I much prefer a Latte or Mocha on a daily basis.

If u go to Ireland. Buy some 'Barry"s' tea.
It's much better than anything we've got in Scotland.
It's so good that even the prods in the north drink it. And they usually won't buy anything Irish (cause they are fannies obviously)
Ireland do know their tea. They drink more tea per person than anywhere else in the world.

(Obviously China uses more tea overall...but not per person)
I know this cause it was the tiebreak question at the pub quiz a while back

My auld granda used loose tea. Brewed it for ages in the pot and strained it through a tea strainer when pouring it into the cup. Nae milk. Nae sugar. Just black tea.

I don't think anyone uses loose tea now.
I don't think many people even make it in a teapot now
