Calling out trusty individually is a bit off, for me.

Why hasn't he done the same with others in the past? Most recently in the Hun game for example with Scales? He was gash but, still.

Anyway. I think there's a danger of complacency given the lead we have. Need to be careful as its definitely crept in a bit.

Busy schedule though and ultimately still 16 clear for now.

He was asked directly about Trusty tonight and gave an honest answer.

He looks like a player who needs a kick up the * anyway. Gave Murray a chance early on too.

Has all the attributes physically to be a very dominant centre back and has been before in games in Europe but at times he looks sloppy.

Don't know if he thinks it's too comfortable playing league games or what but he seems to lack a bit of concentration.

Needs to up his game bcoz we can't go back to Scales

He's been acting weirder than usual lately. Can't be arsed listening to him.

Anyway, this team needs a major shake up, both tactically and personnel wise.

We need to find a way to get our strikers involved more. Idah has been terrible but he's isolated, as is Kyogo when he plays there. Oh and give Kenny some more chances.

Stop inverting Taylor. Either play Valle or get KT back ASAP so we can have a fullback who overlaps and can beat a man.

Decide on whether you want Trusty or Scales and stick with it. Ideally we'd get someone better than both but that isn't happening this window.

Grow a set of balls and drop McGregor. At least rotate him more, he's been utterly abject since Leipzig. We need pace and power in that midfield. It's slow and weak as anything.

Think we're in serious danger of bottling any chance of European progression unless we fix these issues.

I think next week is becoming a major worry now.

A game most have looked at as a shoe in for a while now looks a far lot trickier due to the way we are playing.

We have also shown tonight, last 2 Hun games and brugge game that if teams press us high we will struggle so if they've bothered to do their homework it could be a much tougher game than many thought.

You really wouldn't put it passed us, given our recent track record, to * it up at this stage

Totally agree mate. I've been worried about the YB game since our limp dicked performance against Zagreb. I haven't seen much from us since then to ease those concerns.

The Brugge game you can (kind of) forgive, but those sevco games were a shambles. We obviously don't like it up us, when we get pressed and harassed we fall to pieces. It needs rectified ASAP.

He needs to get a plan B together than he can implement during games. Fannying about at the back has cost us a few times this season when we've been under the cosh. Get the ball over the bodies and relieve a bit of pressure. Then again, we would be relying on Idah being able to provide a presence to do so, which he looks incapable of just now. Honestly, see if we could get a better quality of that Vassell boy at Kilmarnock I would be delighted. Remember them knocking balls over the top to him against us and no matter where it went he was there fighting for it. That is what Idah should provide.

If we can see it, why can't a guy making his living off managing a football team see it ?

I’ve backed the guy more than most, completely understand why he left, and gave him more than the benefit of the doubt last year when the poor recruitment was evident.

However, alarm bells are ringing. Pushing the two centre midfielders so high up the park at the first stage of the build up is * madness.

It suggests we’re about to play a direct game, but we insist on playing a one paced laboured build up.

Our defenders and keeper have next to no options if we play a reasonably well coached team, and are absolutely * if we inevitably lose the ball under next to no pressure.

Huge concerns moving forward for me. Any half decent European side will cut right through us at this time.

Dundee deserved their point last night. I’d have pulled Trusty after he got bullied by Murray as you could see his confidence was shot to pieces. Then he gets bullied again for the third. I felt we were good first half. Played at a good tempo and the game should have been wrapped up. Bernardo should be burying the header and it’s game over if he does. It’s yet another game where McGregor doesn’t do enough in my opinion. He is offering the square root of * all just now, and has been for some time. I like the free role Kyogo has when we have another striker on. He takes up some great positions and I’m surprised we never seen Kenny when Idah went off.

I think Rodgers was fair in his interview. When he spoke about not being aggressive, he was definitely taking aim at Trusty without singling him out. I see he has spoke about him directly in a different interview but he was also asked directly about him. We can all see he was pish last night and what his weaknesses were, and Trusty will know as well. So I’d rather Rodgers called it for what it is. I’ve no issue with that. It’s over to Trusty to respond now when he gets his place back as I’d be amazed if he isn’t dropped for the weekend.

To be honest I’d be looking for our manager to be mitigating our obvious deficiencies a bit more than he currently is.

Every time I watch us play a half decent team, we commit all sorts of self inflicted errors, due to an insistence on playing the exact same way.

Delighted to be top of the league, and in a position to progress in Europe.

That doesn’t mean we pretend everything is fantastic when it blatantly isn’t. It’s less about the games that have gone and more about our progression as a team.

Fair point, but when do you expect that too happen? Its all about recovery with the games coming thick and fast. Dec/jan without winterbreak is all about grinding out results. February looks less congested, team can be tweaked more. We played 13 games in about 40 days. At the end of the day, the players are human and no robots. Results are there, fatigue is there too.

Spot on, red flags appearing everywhere, we have become a one trick pony team with this tippy tappy *. If our wingers dont open the door, we are *. Need a plan B. Something like 3 at the back. The standard of player coming in is a * of a drop off from first choice starting 11. We seem so easily spooked. Teams are figuring us out.

Last night we brought in: Hatate, Engels and Kuhn, then Valle and Palma. Only Palma would not be on my starting list. I think we have enough quality-wise. However we have too many players that hide in some games. We need to character and bite in the team. Calmac doesnt have that at the moment.

Engles and Khun would be the only 2 from that 5 on my starting list

    Spot on

And that’s what * me off with some people who hit out with “look at table, what more do you want?”

The fact is if we had been playing like this since the start of August, we wouldn’t be so far ahead. There’s clearly been a regression in performance levels, solidity and dynamism.

These problems need addressed and anyone who seems to have an issue with that isn’t paying attention.

I see Arne Slot saying it’s difficult to create chances against teams who play with a low block. I’d love to see Rodgers say that for the reaction. In all seriousness, if people can’t understand why we have slowed a bit given the number of games, I’m not really sure what else can be said. We actually created enough last night, as we did at the weekend. We shouldn’t be scoring 3 goals and dropping points. Keeping Trusty on after the 2nd goal was a mistake.

But we’ve no, and that’s why we are that far ahead.

The reaction after we drop points is always an absolute embarrassment.

Games are coming thick and fast and the first time we drop points certain people go into meltdown.

We seen the exact same when we dropped points against Dundee United. You'd think we were 4 clear of the huns and out of Europe by some of the recent reactions.

The reaction to the huns game was justified, but it's their first win against us in 8 games.

Get a few signings in and we'll look a lot better, I think a lot of this team need a break and properly rotated.

Him defending Idah and criticising Trusty is all just man management. Build one player's confidence, give another a kick up the *. I trust him to know a player's character and what they need to hear. I've always thought that was at least one bit of the game he was good at.

My concern remains getting out of the group in Europe. It feels like we're just not performing well at all lately and we've not got long to reverse the trend. He needs to find a way to make things work again like they were at the start of the season.
