Not sure what latest is with him, but please offload, he is miles away from what we need.

I read that we're reluctant to let him go while Forrest is injured, which would be understandable if he could be trusted to contribute, but he clearly isn't trusted by the manager. So we need to bring a winger in this window, possibly two.

Would have him on the bench. Who would you promote from the youth team that could handle coming on against Villa?

Wouldn't use a prospect against Villa, but they could handle domestic games. If we need a Maeda replacement against Villa, a good shout might be Valle. Or even move Kyogo on the left with Idah up front.

If we need a goal, playing Valle at left wing isn't likely to help much. Either Kyogo or Idah will start the match up front and we'll likely need to replace one with the other as whoever starts will be putting in a shift.

Palma isn't a great option, but we can't add any other players to the CL squad until after the group stages. And he has scored at that level already from open play and the penalty spot.

If we can, a loan to them in La Liga could be amazing for us punting him in the summer. Think that’s a league he’d thrive in, and if he has 6 months form like he started at us, then the fee suddenly gets a lot bigger. If he doesn’t thrive there on loan, we’ll probably be looking at the same sort of transfer fees than we’d get offered him being on our bench sporadically.

Look at what we done with Mikey Johnstone, it we punted him in the Janaury we would get less than a million, good form and eye catching goals on loan down south suddenly it’s £3.5m.

Same with Bernabei, we’d struggle to get any price for him pre-loan, * we were desperately tarting about anywhere that’d take him on a loan when he left eventually. Now we’re getting £5.8m for him.

Palma is definitely a player if he went on loan and performed then we’re looking at much bigger money, because he can be very eye catching on form, and we know he has it in him at a higher level as well - he was good in the CL last season, one of the brighter spots in it along with O’Riley and Scales.

A loan to a higher rated more eye catching league is smart business for us, we can wait for money coming in, us stockpiling cash thats the only massive benefit of leaving it sitting about, we can take that chance instead of any offer. Does anyone think its beyond him to spend the rest of the season on loan, have an upturn in form and confident and be a guy that does * that gets on highlights and talked up? When he does it, it’s screamers, great passes, creative *.

I might sacrifice a new winger, we need two or three but maybe one really good one would make the trade ok, to just get Yang to *.

i’m trying so hard to not dislike him, it’s not his fault he’s played games recently, I said this to people about MJ last season but * me I need to check myself, he annoys me so much

Luis Palma 's situation remains a topic of discussion in Scotland in the midst of the winter transfer market opening in European football.

The Honduran has been linked to several teams in the old continent, such as Rayo Vallecano of Spain , Genoa of Italy, he has also been linked in the MLS with Orlando City and Atlanta United and even the option of returning to Greece

DIEZ has learned that Celtic has not yet ruled out Luis Palma continuing with the team for the second stage of the current season

And the most important stage of the season is coming and there will be many games for Celtic , something that Brendan Rodgers is very clear about, who would give the opportunity to Palma , who has few minutes of play.

There will be key Champions League games, the closing of the League and also Cup matches. Luis Palma could contribute his grain of sand.

Proof that Celtic are not ruling out keeping Luis Palma in 2025 is that they have already rejected two formal offers for the "Bicho".

One of the offers that reached Celtic 's offices for Palma was from France and the other from Germany. Neither of the two met the expectations of the Scottish club.

Now, it's only been four days since the winter transfer market opened in Europe and there is practically the whole month of January left to decide the future of Luis Palma.

What is clear is that Celtic will only let Palma go if a significant offer comes in. The figures being discussed by the Scottish team are at least four million euros.

Luis Palma could see action this Sunday against St. Mirren in the match for the 22nd round of the Scottish League. We will see if the situation improves for the Bicho catracho.

Everyone knows it's not going to happen for him now. If we are getting our money back on this we should just take it. We don't really need to roll the dice hoping for a bigger fee when it could go the opposite way. Get it back and reinvest in a solid young wide player.

Should have had 2 wingers in line to sign January 1st.
I'd rather give our youth a shot on the bench than palma and yang.

Luis Palma was the protagonist in Celtic's rout of St. Mirren: This is how the Honduran fared

The Honduran forward starts 2025 in the best way, after having been relegated to the bench by coach Brendan Rodgers

Luis Palma has returned to action in Scotland with Brendan Rodgers ' Celtic .

The Honduran team played this Sunday and beat St. Mirren 3-0 in a match for matchday 22 of the Scottish League

The Honduran came on in the 83rd minute in place of Daizen Maeda, the Japanese who has become a starter for Palma this season.

Luis Palma had already gone two months without playing any minutes with Celtic , but the bad streak has finally ended and he is back in action.

This is only the sixth league match in which Luis Palma has participated, adding up to 134 minutes in total. In other words, it is as if he has only played one entire match and a few minutes of another

Celtic won 3-0 thanks to goals from Nicolas Kühn, who scored twice, and another from Trusty. Celtic are top of the Scottish Premiership with 53 points, followed by Rangers on 40 .

With the winter transfer market now open, EL HERALDO has learned that Celtic are not ruling out keeping Luis Palma for the second half of the season, taking into account that there will be many matches in all competitions

Celtic have already rejected two offers for the Honduran striker, one from France and another from German football.

However, anything can happen during the month of January, while the transfer market is open in Europe. Celtic are asking for at least four million euros for Palma
