Heard some rumours about them having a fair few players missing tomorrow. I know Clement has already said Tav(pen) won't be available and Balogun is highly unlikely to make it but I wouldn't be surprised to find them both starting. I seem to remember Clement said a player(one of the strikers I think) was definitely out of a previous game against us only for him to be playing after all. It's the sort of nonsense I can imagine him thinking is genius.

 

I would t be surprised at that level of Hunfuckery either….

…. but he will look a bigger tool than he is already if Captain ‘D’ plays.. after saying he was out for weeks..

I’d bet he’s just got FOMO and will play in their next fixture after tomorrow.

I've said consistently that Butland is a total diddy with major deficiencies from his distribution, to commanding his box....to even what he gets down to..

That said, he's still much better than that midget Liam Kelly. I'm sure he was statistically the worst or one of them for shots to save ratios at Motherwell in his last season or that. Can think of so many times he's literally palmed/flapped easy ones in..

Tavernier for all we slag him. They don't have a backup option. The Dutch boys out. Sterling has been having to cover centre half and looks diabolical doing so. So now they're truly snookered there..

Small chance Balogun comes back. Aye ok pal. This is a banger that brings out their best players regularly because of sports science but will rush a 37 year old crock back from injury for a dead rubber

Their back 4 will be a riot now regardless. Already was. Now it's guaranteed to be slow and weak with no one at all who can rally them..

I honestly think they'll crumble..

In terms of coming out for crosses etc Kelly is an absolute bomb scare … corners etc he does tend to flap at a lot and spill things. Think statistically he was one of the worst keepers in the league when he was at Motherwell.
