That Depeche Mode when we score!!
Well I was deeply wrong with my 2 picks Michael Smith and Gary Anderson.

Lucky Bottom half of the draw now with the 2 Luke’s in top half.

Both them played quite well 99 and 100 averages and 9/16 and 14/20 doubles.

The fact Wright can flick a switch like that is incredible, his finishing was about as good as anything I’ve ever seen on a dart board before.

He’s been honkin’ almost the entire year barring a couple of tournaments.

Wright’s finishing was superb. There’s something really unlikeable about Humphries.

If he could keep the heid and produce what he’s capable of that was some bet but he’s going to throw a wobbler performance in, he always does.

I backed him at like 200/1 in 2022 as well and he lost 5-4 to Wright in a barnstormer of a quarter final.. and Wright went on to win it. Ever since he’s been useless and struggles a lot with his mental health. Still only 25/26 though and was always extremely highly rated when he was coming up.

I was actually going to bet against him in his first game when he was a large favourite but after seeing his first couple of sets in that game I backed him to win the thing. He has that mojo back. I think today against Owen is definitely a potential banana skin but I still think he wins 4-0 or 4-1.

I also backed him at 28/1 to reach the semis so 2 wins away from that

The reason I bring up his age is this could very well just be the coming out party for the next big thing in the sport. He doesn’t lack any ability

Folk sleeping on the green machine.

The best he has is better than anything that’s ever been including Littler.
