Winger and LB are obvious ones but we 10000% need a quality CAM.

Out of all the midfielders we’ve got, we don’t have an out and out playmaker.

Need a CDM for Europe too, just don’t think we will sign one though as that’s where McGregor plays. Rodgers won’t drop him.

I'd sign Cerny just for the frothing at the mouth it would cause.

Wingers are our priority imo. I'd like 2.

    Tierney on a pre contract.

    3rd choice young striker.

    Just had this text through from Peter lawell;

“We’re 9 points clear, trophy in the bag and looking good for Europe.
Marco tilio recalled from his loan to cover palma leaving.
Greg Taylor 1 year deal at half the money and Valle back to Barcelona.
Johnny Kenny is back from his loan so don’t need to buy another striker and we can sell Cummings for 300k”

There's a reason rodgers has strategically played * for a few games. Get them signings forced. Man's got brains.

We'll need someone in to cover Marco who's injured again

No real creativity in midfield. Only Kuhn consistently providing it out wide.

    It’s a massive issue. We don’t have a Rogic/O’Riley type.

Bernardo and Engels are similar to each other and never going to provide lots of assists or goals. Hatate has more creativity about him…but he’s largely been rotten for a while now.

Punt Yang and Palma. Sign a winger (ideally two). And sign a more creative midfielder, even if it’s a loan for now.

    Kvistgaarden and Tierney as priority.

Also a winger and creative midfielder.

Will jump on the creative midfielder train as well. Hatate isn't cutting it this season and he's our only really creative player in the middle of the park. He could be doing with a break really. Used to struggle past the hour mark and seems to play 90 mins once or twice a week nowadays, which probably isn't helping his performances.

Rodgers held a transfer planning summit with major shareholder Dermot Desmond and chief executive Michael Nicholson in Dublin last week, when they discussed new arrivals in January.

A left-winger is a priority. Regardless of whether left-back Greg Taylor commits to a new deal, Rodgers would also like to secure Kieran Tierney for a Parkhead return.

Effectively a free agent in the summer, the Arsenal player has already drawn strong interest from major clubs in England and abroad.

If I could pick certain players in priority positions.

    LB- Owen Wijndal(Ajax)
    CM- Alvyn Sanches(Lausanne)
    LW- Bazoumana Toure (Hammarby)
    ST- Mathias Kvistgaarden(Brondby)

The boy Kvistgaarden would be a sensation in this team/league . If it's financially doable it must be on the club's radar.

I’d still trim the squad. Could do with nipping 5-6 off that squad day to day especially when there’s certainly a market for the Palma’s, Welsh’s of this world.

The aim should be to have guys like Taylor as clear second choice by the qualifiers. (i think he’s a very good player but thats the standard)

There will be a natural trimming of the squad again.

There is also a surplus of cash there in bank and from summer.

I reckon we could easily spend £20m if needed and not blink. Could offset over half of that from departures too.

Expect 3 in and 4 or 5 out

The game against Young Boys on January 22nd could play a big part in our transfer window. Because a win would guarantee us a play-off. It’s only two more games, but that might just tempt someone to come here knowing they have that ahead. A winger is a must, and it looks very much like Tierney will be signed I think.
