Der Zakarian is no longer coach of bottom-placed Montpellier. It would be a miracle if the club pulls through. By sucking up to the incompetents of the Ligue de Football Professionnel, its president is being punished.

@Lyonniste St.Etienne were historically a relatively successful French club. What happened to them?

After winning the league title in the 1970s, AS Saint-Étienne went into decline, mainly due to financial problems and internal scandals, notably the ‘caisse noire’ affair involving accounting irregularities and illegal payments to players. These difficulties led to sanctions, a loss of credibility and instability within the club, affecting its sporting performance and its ability to attract new talent, leading to its downfall after a period of success.

Yes, we prefer to take the * out of them, but for there to be a derby, Saint-Etienne have to be in Ligue 1 too.

Donnarumma taking a right sore one. Looks dirty as * to me from the striker.

I always wonder about Monaco and their fanbase. It's a tiny wee place. Do they have many fans? And you'd imagine the ones they do have are very rich and wealthy, am I right?

Secondly....why do PSG and Marseille hate each other? cause they are hundreds of miles apart.
Is it a bit like Aberdeen and rangers.....nobody knows....they just do?
