I actually thought Taylor was having a relatively good game but that pass for their first goal was shocking.

Fair play he had a pop and got the deflection for the first goal and ran himself into the ground. Although I did think Valle showed some great touches and progressive runs with the ball which is something Taylor just doesn’t have to his game and I think if Maeda is to be our left winger and his main flaw is a lack of being a creative outlet but he is excellent at providing defensive cover then some one more like Valle would be a good fit for our team overall.

Love it if every Celtic supporter went in to work on Monday and just smiled but said nothing.
The huns will be beeling that you won’t gloat but are expecting the Scotlands most successful club comment.
The inner rage will come out every time you smirk and say nothing.

It wasn’t pretty today but Cup Finals rarely are. Losers lose and winners win.

    1 down, 2 to go

A nerve shredding watch to be honest . Too much tentative "playing out from the back" for my liking . We lifted the cup , and that's what mattered , with out hitting our normal highs . C'MON THE HOOPS .

Nah. I'm leading with the nice guy "aye it was a cracking match, but the best team by a mile won in the end" just to really boil them up :56:

That cup win was a relief genuinely didn’t know which way it was going to go. Feel like all our games lately have been a real slog and difficult to watch. I’m glad we are still getting positive results but definitely concerned about the consistently average performances the team is churning out. Tbf it might not be the worst thing, with the Jan transfer window coming up it highlights glaring weaknesses in our side. We definitely need to freshen things up for next year. After the start we had to the season and the start Rangers had I’m shocked we looked as average as them today. Anyway, enjoy the winning feeling fellow Tims

    Terrible performance on several counts.

Psychologically though, it’s massive, as long as we don’t get complacent.

They’ll never play so well and we’ll never play so bad, yet they still can’t beat us.

That said, I said that exact same thing in 2019 when we fell over the line in the same competition. We better not get * complacent again.

I had a great day, probably one of the best in my life so far. Makes it even better when you win it that manner, but we better not forget the bigger picture.

    Great day. Abysmal performance.

Both teams will be * physically tbf. It's been a very busy few months. 2 days probably doesn't make much of a difference when you're travelling to another country before and after a game, a game played on a rotten pitch which is also hard on the old legs.

    Much needed rest before DU.

No mention though of their 3rd potentially being offside.

The "penalty" incident will be forensically disceted to death by everyone in the media over the next few weeks with so called experts (of a hun persuasion of course) being asked their opinions. It may well be talked about in the same way our shy was against the huns in the Scottish cup final years ago

Always love it when we beat them and there is a contentious issue that boils their *. :56:

Yes, while the huns sing their songs of hate we sing a song full of emotion that would bring a tear to a glass eye and gives you goosebumps like today
