Can't blame Taylor he's no option on the left wing as Hatate is plying off the right. We've not been able to play down the right where we have the numbers with engels, kuhn and Johnston

 

Everybody taking too long on the ball but genuinely doesn't look like Engels knows what he's supposed to be doing out there.

Need Valle and McCowan at HT.

 

That middle 3 has been terrible..

Engels again in these type of away games just really no being in it or giving it away and no tracking back we'll enough
McGregor countless times getting the ball and inexplicably running directly in to traffic when it wasn't on and getting robbed

The 3 at the back really keeping us in it against a poor diet side who are unsurprisingly up for it..

Terrible performance playing like it's a friendly, far too slow not enough movement or pressing.

 

Who works on set pieces? Every corner for us ends up a pass back to KS

Not good so far but we’re not behind. Always a tough game there, especially with those horrible fans being in the pubs all day.
We will still get a win here.

 

Typical after international break half from us. Heads will be banged and we will come out much better for the second half.

 

Lackluster first half.

 

Feels very similar to the first half of the killie game only we haven't fluked a goal at the end of the half. Riding our luck a bit at the back and for all our possession we seem very slow and side to side.

The bench has been massive for us this season and we will need it again to win this one.

 

So sloppy. Hearts have had the better chances so far. Need to step it up.

We just need to step it up a bit. Hearts are far too open and they’ve run themselves into the ground. There was honestly like 5 times we threaded a pass into the middle, turned and went but then the next pass was way too sloppy.

But the fact we’re so easily getting into that position is why we’ll get goals. We just need a bit more effort from everyone.

 

Lucky not to go into half time a goal down. So many issues in that half and we are allowing Penrice to run amok. We need to be far better...

 

Surprised Bernardo wasn't in instead of engels considering the opposition but hey go.
Expecting a lot more 2nd half as we've been completely anonymous here so far.

McGregor has been poor, too.

 

Really poor 1st half, team is just going through the motions. I wonder if the players knowing Aberdeen got beat has subconsciously affected them, maybe taken some of their focus away. Taylor and Maeda have been horrible so far and AJ keeps getting caught in behind because he's pushed too far upfield. Kick up the * needed.

 

Don't think Engels should have started. I'd only be bringing on Bernardo though, see how the midfield is for next 15 He's got some fight and quality that we're missing in midfield.

Trusty been our best player as you say.

CCV been good and KS gets pass marks as well.

Taylor been better decent going forward and Mcgregor needs support. Kuhn looked OK too.

 

Got to give the bhoy time and a know 11M probably most expensive player a lot on his shoulders as a 21 year old but so far apart from the odd decent game, all hes showed is he can take a good penalty, blamed the pitch on a blip at killie but ffs huns draw Aberdeen lose we are team second bottom of the league could be bottom if hibs win game in hand, should be able to beat this mob fairly convincingly, get mccowan and Bernardo on for hatate and Engels
