Should be another interesting debate in a few weeks time

It feels like it's come at the perfect time for the board. I can't imagine there being much heat given how well we are doing

Despite how good everything is going just now, I really hope we press them on our current recruitment structure.

No updates other than appointing Tisdale is really poor.

Not a moan but I think it would still be worth asking what the plans are for the large amount of cash at the club?

    Something articulated like the below.

I appreciate a substantial amount was spent on incoming transfers in the summer, including large individual fees for two players but we still sold players for more than we spent during that period. Given our CL performance this year has already overtaken what we made in performance last year guaranteed and ticket sales will be higher due to the extra game guaranteed, what areas of the football club do the board and management see our surplus cash being invested to further improve our performance on and off the park?

I doubt they'd answer directly, they'll just spout something like: We need to have the cash in the bank as a buffer in case we don't qualify for CL, so we don't have to sell our best players.

    Which will still happen anyway.

And update about Tisdale is a must
Is he a direct replacement for Lawwell or should we expect a new head of recruitment as well

Just because on the pitch going well short term, doesn't mean the fundamental and structural issues have suddenly changed.
Take a look back at posts here only a couple of months ago, what has structurally shifted since then?

We have to keep the pressure on the boards lack of sporting ambition and still hoarding cash, not investing in future to consistently secure UCL cash whilst being competitive with clubs at or even above our level.
Lack of cohesive sporting infrastructure and strategy remains an issue.

If we had lost our last 3 or 4 games, we'd be going mental about all of this - let's keep holding the blazers to account regardless of winning a few games.

I would be interested to see the results of the fan survey, even though I don’t want to move my seat.

Definitely would like to see some clarity on the structure of the recruitment. That does need to be sorted out pretty quickly. Been nearly 3 months since the window shut now.

I’d also like some discussion to take place on the sales of individual games for season ticket holders. We have some empty seats during games, usually from ST holders who can’t go and they’re unable to pass on their tickets to the club and fans who would want to purchase them.

Ultimately, the club spent a lot of money in the summer and they spent it wisely, in my opinion. Probably one of the best AGMs for years, from a board point of view.

Theyve bought themselves a slight reprieve due to an acceptable summer window, and good team performances in Europe.

    But theyve still got to give answers on a number of issues;

    - Resolution 12, especially in light of a number of EPL teams launching legal action for the right to financial compensation should Man City be found guilty of financial doping.

    - Clean up the * stadium. Paint isnt that expensive.

    - tisdale clarification; is he a DoF or what?

    - fan survey

    Then all the usual pap.
