    Champ man -> CoD1 -> Cod2 -> WoW -> CoD4

    Currently Playing Valorant in my 40's

    Just something about fps games and killing real ppl haha.

    Played CoD competitively but WoW at its peak was the best ever for me.

    What a game (there’s a full walkthrough with timestamps etc) Rockstar do it best.

    The PS2 era is still my favourite.

    The Warriors,Manhunt,GTA,Max Payne…the best.

    Max payne was good, especially slow motion matrix style gameplay. I was thinking back and I remember one which was similar but based in London. Me and my friend played the getaway at his house for weeks, after a while we realised how to get your health back by resting next to a wall.

    Has to be red dead redemption 2. It was probably number 4 on my list .played it years ago and thought it was a great game then but it wasn't until recently when I had a bit of peace to appreciate it fully with headphones on.the world is soo immersive. played it up until I got the fishing rod then left the camp and never done any more missions.just roam the wilderness and do random encounters and just fish out in the boat . 10/10 gta 6 will be awesome

    Yeah a remember it was really hard at the start, took me a couple of weeks to finally figure out that resting trick then it was easy then. Good game that captured the feel and atmosphere of London.

    Childhood nostalgia: super Mario kart on the SNES

    Teen/early * nostalgia: Civilization 4

    Modern era: ghost of tsushima

    Judged by hours played, probably champ man 98-01 era

    But trying to answer in an objective manner, I'd go for Super Mario 64. It was like a leap into the future and still influencing games 30 years later
