He's something else, unbelievably good. That ball is the first half was as good as anything you'll see in this CL this year.

Be funny to look at the start of this thread and comparenit to now.

Playing absolute A+ at the moment.

He was outstanding. I'd have loved to see him in a team with Jota.

Imagine if kyogo remembered his shooting boots this year. His assists would be double that :56:

For sure what a combination on the flanks that would have been.

I sit in the JS back row and its one of them i usually see is the ball 9/10 but they rarely spot at pitch level understandably. I didn’t see anything on other than Kyogo or the easy sideway pass. genuinely world class level from him in that moment.

    Nonsense.

The one aspect of Abada’s game that was elite was his ability to ghost in at the back post. @craigtheceltic highlighted that he felt that was something Kuhn could add to his game or improve on; which is entirely fair as he’s certainly not at Abada’s level in that regard. It’s not underwhelming or insulting to Kuhn in the slightest and it’s certainly not suggesting Abada is a superior player.

Wouldn't surprise me if there's interest from Germany in January after that showing. Boy has everything. Great technically, good end product, great hair and an unreal workrate.

He'll smash the transfer record when he goes and could end up being called up to the national team.

Why? Abada scored 29 goals and assisted 22 in 112 appearances. He represented Celtic very well.

Underwhelming would be comparing him to dross. Besides all this, you are taking our discussion out of context.

While Abada had many areas he could improve upon and many areas of his game that aren’t as good as Kuhn’s, Abada was elite at ghosting in for a goal. Read below for the discussion we were having.

Yep, this was 100% the conversation and point we were discussing.
