This is the best overall performance I have witnessed live from a Celtic team.
The tempo, composure, calmness at the back and to retain the ball was beautiful, as was the press. When we got our heads up some of the wee one touch stuff to create and then play through a press was top top elite football.
One gripe, the reverse 1st time inside pass was on all night, when we became more confident and trusted our ability and brought on bernardo then we tried it often and it split them open and gave us so many options of the ball.
Cannot express my delight at that performance. We could genuinely go far if we play like this and a top 8 finish should now be the goal.

Just in. Canny believe that performance. We bossed it. Probably the best performance by a Celtic team in my lifetime (that I can actually remember).

Terrific game of football between two good teams. A pleasure to watch.
We moved the ball about beautifully most of the time and worked some really intricate moments of magic. After being punished for our own stupidity and bouncing around for ten minutes we took the first break and began to command the field. Ten minutes later I was enthralled by the fruits of our play.
All in all, a decent 1st half.
Our confidence in one another grew as the second 45 developed and showed in our daring counter attacking play from solid defense from midfield to goalkeeper. Several attempts were thrwarted by skill, bravery and sheer willpower. When we had the command, as we often did, we were patient, probing and skillful until it paid off with a real team goal. And the football didn't stop until 95 minutes. A great watch.
Khun was a delight to see and, but for one strange moment, Carter-Vickers was terrific. McGregor played a strong and commanding game, I enjoy how he can slow things down with a couple of touches or set the cat amongst the pigeons with a pass. But I also have to say, Engels.
The best overall Celtic performance this season. It's good to see progress.

Some of our passages of play were just beautiful to watch. Forming little triangles and playing one-twos. The pressing too...organised and relentless.

    Phenomenal performance. Still buzzing.

Gonna be sore in the morning as I ended up two rows in front after our 2nd goal

That was a top performance tonight and you can see signs that we are beginning to really mature as a team. Leipzig are a very good team and we made them look very ordinary and saw the game out pretty comfortably. It was a night where the team arrived at the main table.

Kuhn was absolutely fantastic. Hatate superb. McGregor was at the heart of everything. Those three were key men. Trusty and CCV handled everything that came their way. Makings of a top partnership there.

Brendan had huge questions to answer after Dortmund. I think most of us expected to still be on 3 points by this stage. To be on 7 is testament to the manager and his staff who have done an incredible job.
