I'd be shocked if it got as low as 100k. Think Celtic fans alone would hit that number.

250k would be my (absolutely uneducated) guess at a low number.

As much as there is IPTV users, 600k still tuned in to YT to watch a Scotland game, when it could have been watched on an IPTV with a Croatian broadcast (at worse).

For rubbing costs, absolutely should be taken in to account, but again most clubs are already paying for that stuff for their "none" UK and Ireland subscribers.
Then you'll have folk (others in the chat) who've admitted they'd pay a fee for Scottish football (more so their own club) if it gave them full access to all games.

All we need to do, is have subscriptions make up 30-35m to have it as a viable option. After that, as you say, sell commercial rights as well.

IMO the best way to improve scottish football is to invest in it.

Currently we have 42 teams in the league set up which all moneys are split. We are nevwr getting away from a 12 team premiership with split atm. So my view would be the following.

    1. Restructure the league cash. Take a percentage off positions 1,2,3,10,11 and 12 and redistrubate it to positions 4,5,6 and 7 That way having more of a prize pot for finishing higher in the league. This way you would have less teams playing low block if there way bigger riches finishing higher up the league.

    2. Relegation
1 team auto relegation and team into a playoff.

    3. Playoffs
Similar to what we have now but i would have the top 4 non promoted teams from championship in a 2 legged tie with winning team from this playing prem team in a one off match at neutraul ground with all finds split between both

    4. Championship
As said above we have too many teams so i would have a 12 team premiership and a 20 team championship. Reducing the teams by 10 would free up more cash.

    5. Championship promotion/relegation
Winners promoted automaticly clubs 2-5 in playoff as above. 3 automatic relegation places.

    6. Lower divisons
Non professional leagues either 1 or 2 similar to our highland/lowland league set up. 24 team league plays each other twice. More games should hopefully help the income would be open to any teams that meet the requirements including b teams

    7. B teams
B teams are allowed ro join the lower league set up in bottom division at a cost of 5 million to join the leauge as a b team. Fee to be paid over time in lowest division. Fee to be paid at start of season. B teams cannot be promoted until the following criteria is met. Fee is paid in full and b team wins league. B teams cannot be promoted thru playoffs or promotion places only as champions. B teams cannot go higher than championship. B teams funds are then split between teams in championship and lower leagues at end of each season. If a club decide to remove there b team prior to 5 million being paid outstanding payments are deducted from there league standing payment. Doing this allows a smaller club to invest more in a b team over time. Squads would work as they do in spain.
