Should have started tonight imo. More direct and offers more in defence than Kuhn and the most experienced player we have at this level by quite a distance.

Made a difference today, so secure on the ball and good at creating space for himself.

Decision making is spot on, seems to mostly take correct decision and not afraid to get a shot off.
But like Iadh, just seems to be better off the bench.

Great impact player to take on for the last 30 minutes, his aggression and confidence to have a shot is what we sometimes lack.

CELTIC have been left with just one player in the Scotland squad for their upcoming Nations League double header.

Steve Clarke's men take on Croatia tomorrow night and Portugal on Tuesday to try and kickstart their campaign after losing their opening two matches.

Celtic left-back Greg Taylor had already dropped out of the squad with a calf issue, leaving just James Forrest and Anthony Ralston as their only representatives in the team this international break.

But Ralston is now the only Hoops star in the team as Forrest has now been ruled out for the two matches through injury.

He was absent from their training session in Glasgow ahead of their flight to Croatia and it was hoped he had only missed out as a precaution.

However, he has now been officially ruled out of the two clashes and will stay in Glasgow to recover from his setback with Celtic's physio team

Anyone know what the story is with JF? Any links to what the problem is that he has had a setback with, or how long?

I’m guessing it’s the International Duty when club team might really need you slight calf strain.

He so greedy today. He was in good crossing position couple times and cut inside instead of crossing. Wasn’t much point putting on idah and not crossing into him

He should have won us that game today, wasted some great chances and situations particularly the one he got the ball in acres of space back post and dragged it wide. Took ages to decide what to do when an early shot would have led to a goal and then by the time he did decide to shoot he had 2 or 3 queuing up for the ball being pulled back, McCowan in particular was just beyond the penalty spot unmarked.

    Very poor for me..

Got a lot of the ball when he came on and hit every or almost every effort wide..

Made a massive difference, only thing is maybe he should have been on much earlier for a very very poor Maeda.
