They were Bundeliga runners up last season. Lost two of their so called better players to Dortmund while pumping them 5-1 so I think their are a excellent side.

I didn't say they weren't or aren't excellent. They finished second last year, above Bayern Munich.

I said they've started this season in poor form. Before yesterday, they'd played three Bundeliga games - won one, drew one, lost one.

Equally, Dortmund have started this season poorly, too. I still think they're a decent team...

In Heinz site looking at it Dortmund should be their for the taking. But from last season their league form was poor and still ended up as Champions League finalists. This is why I'm not looking to much into that result.

Watching the highlights of the Dortmund game the encouraging thing is the goals Stuttgart scored were all the types of goals we have been scoring and the Dortmund defence didn’t react well to pace and movement upfront.

On the other end they looked dangerous on the counter with a lot of pace and direct running in their forward line.

It is a game that literally could be anything, they turn up we could get a bit of a beating, however we turn up and they aren’t quite at it we probably have the tools to get a result.

    St Pauli 0-0 Leipzig

St Pauli's first point this season. Leipzig had the vast majority of the possession but St Pauli had more than double the xg and nearly double the amount of shots as Leipzig.

One thing I'll never do going into an away game in Europe is being over confident. My eyes have seen to many maulings haha.

One of the worst ones away from home, not a mauling, but was Anderlecht under MON. They got a man sent off early doors at 0-0, and we still got beat with a team that had got to the UEFA cup final only a few months earlier.
