    His distribution to Daizen on the break so far has been perfect. Maeda didn't make the most of it today, but it's made us more dangerous than last season.

    I don't like saying he's an upgrade on Hart because it's disrespectful to him as he was magnificent for us for the most part but Kasper is top drawer.. amazing business from Us

    Honestly? He's a pretty outrageously better upgrade than Hart.

    I haven't been this confident with a goalkeeper in the sticks since peak Boruc.

    I know it was pre season, but he was winning one on ones with Haaland, who is scoring hat tricks regularly.

    You can easily tell he was a top, top keeper in his prime, still is to be honest.

    Absolutely loved big Joe and he himself was great last season, but even early on you can tell Schmeichel is better.

    I was far more confident in Forster than Boruc, even though I think at his very peak Boruc was the superior keeper, Forster wasn’t below that peak by a lot and had an insane concentration and consistency.

    Kasper though, I feel he’s just absolutely perfectly suited to what we need right now. He just fits, and is of a standard that inspires others to live up to they standards

    He has been fantastic and it’s only the start, can’t wait to see him at the top table. Absolutely no question he will transfer this current form to it even against sterner tests.

    I think we have won an absolute watch with this guy btw and I don’t think most even realise it yet. Brendan says he’s world class, I’m not going to argue with that based on what we’ve seen. He looks a better keeper than he did 10 years ago to this point.
