I would be shocked if Bernardo didn't start. He has the experience of these games and has produced and hopefully will do so again tomorrow.

 

I like his build for a technical player. I honestly think he can develop into a scary all round type playmaker. He has the support and backing from our captain, that speaks volumes for his confidence. I think alot of players are made at Celtic in some respect. All he needs to do is realise his opportunity and work on his goals for the season.

 

To be honest you guys are right Bernardo will start - and maybe Forrest rather than Kuhn too ? just after all the signings I didn’t want to trot out the exact same names as last week ..

I think we will see Engels off the bench maybe Alex Valle also but starting lineup will be the usual. I'm looking forward to see all of our new signings but I reckon Brendan will take training time with the squad into account.

 

Think later in the game I could see engels and McGowan coming on for bernado and hatate but McGregor getting pushed up in midfield with Engels and McGowan as the number 6 .

 

McGowan is class mate because that’s me. But McCowan, he still has a lot to prove. I played Engels as dm on fm24, I think he can be more of a threat next to reo or paulo. I don’t like the idea of moving Callum forward tbh. It could happen if Brendan prefers him in a defensive role but I doubt it, at this stage it’s fair to say I don’t know much about Engels tbh, buzzing to see him play though.

Had to do an early morning drop off at the airport for my parents.
