    This is getting farcical, a thread about an aggressive striker has now became get rid of Strachan and bring in Keane.

    The strikers we have are good enough imo would love to have a sutton hartson type player these days but that wouldn't come cheap.

    What good would Keane do? He's still unproved as a manager (as much as I liked him as a player) but he's not short of a few bob coming his way. He's became accustomed to getting what he wants which is not the case with us. No way the board would sanction the big spends Keane would want.

    A striker to put themselves about would be fine although I think a guy with pace would be better. Cousin was mentioned above and I think he had the ability to be a great player but just wasn't interested unless it suited him therefor not for the SPL.

    There must be more options in Europe or even further afield that would be suitable and of course they'd have to be on a bosman for some reason:87:

    I'm happy with the strikers - when Jan and Skippy link up again (Skippy -7lb please) we'll storm the league and get 10 points in the UCL.

    I'm allowed my opinion MJ, I'm happy with the strikers too I just don't understand why he doesn't play Robson over Brown! I would always pick him first!

    Agreed - I say this in a lot of posts and most ppl on here agree Robson should be played every time over Brown - we'll still win the league - trust in Ghord.

    i know weve signed big hutchinson obviously he hasnt really played so dont know wot to think of him,but if hes got a bit of talent id like to see him getting more game time as hes a big lad surely with a powerful presence i would think,wots your thoughts on this??
