I dont actually think him or nawrocki have been given a fair shake.

I refuse to believe neither of them are better than scales or welsh.

Makes you wonder who the * scouted him and then said yeah he will do. Countless people at fault for this then.

He wasn't scouted. He was recommended by Starfelts agent, who also had Lagerbielke on the books. That * got paid nice and handsomely.

Got a nice chunk of change for moving Starfelt to Celta Vigo and then got another lift for getting us to sign Lagerbielke. Complete disgrace of a signing.

In that case we deserve to get stitched up. By all means take recommendations but do your blood homework as well.

Going off YouTube videos and scouting reports on him last year. One of his strengths is playing that long diagonal ball from left centre back (the one that scales is * scared to play and * Kyogo off with 4 or 5 times a game). It's something we are crying out for in a centre back.

Pace thing is strange coz he does look slow but keep thinking of that highlight video he posted on his Instagram last season where hes clocked doing 33km/h, which doesn't seem too slow. Could be faked tho. I suppose but I think he specifically included it bcoz of the narrative of him being too slow.

I do struggle to believe that him or Nawrocki are really any worse than Scales or Welsh but Rodgers sees them everyday but I do think there's maybe more to it and it's him sending a message to the board.

Weird how he turn Malmö down. They are by far the best team in Sweden and a CL/EL regular. Maybe a billy big baws attitude on him?

Or, just as the article says, he wants to play somewhere else. Think that's fair enough.

He'll get a move it Italy or Spain no doubt.

To be fair to him considering how badly the move to us has turned out his attitude has been good. He is not taking the hump and is training hard. Hopefully he gets a move before the end of the month and we get the money or close to we paid for him back and then its all good for everyone.

We just have to cut our losses with these guys. Should be making it fairly easy for them to leave.

Nawrocki has been seriously unlucky with injuries and then didn’t much of a chance behind Scales at end of season. Would rather keep him this season and see if we can get him a run of games.

Not the type of player that we needed for the playing style of Rodgers and we spunked around 7 odd million on him and the other centre half and both are not good enough.

CB is a very subjective position.

For instance, a sizeable chunk of the support still argue a case for Welsh (who i think is a donkey) and Scales (who i think has literally no football brain).

But ive always been willing to give players a chance, and grow into a high preasuree position. (Neither have imo).

Lagerbielke and Nawrocki haven't been given a real shot, especially Nawrocki.

Theres an expectation with CB that if they dont waltz into the club and look at least "solid" in the first two games, then theyre pish.

I think at the very least Nawrocki shouldve been starting games (when fit) over Scales, at least a run in the team for a few weeks to find his feet.

Its poor from us that players arent given a chance.

And before someone says "BR knows what hes doing, hes sees them in training and obviously doesnt like what he sees"... This is a guy who saw Jack * Hendry up close, signed him, and gave him an extended run in the first 11, and who also signed that chimp Souptar for Leicester. Sorry, but i dubious about BR's ability to spot a defender.

BR picks the team so not sure what we as a support can do if he doesn't fancy Lagerbielke or Nawrocki. Just our * luck that 2 new CB's came in and BR didn't fancy either.

I'd have liked to see more of Lagerbielke as unsure if he could fit in or not, but I remember Nawrocki at Pittodrie last season where Welsh was the one covering the back as Nawrocki was having a nightmare.

Hope both find a new team soon, and we get in a new quality 1st team CB.

It’s got nothing to do with bad luck. If the manager doesn’t fancy either, and it certainly seems that way, who the * decided to bring them to the club in the first place?

Some can't see the issues right in front of them.

"* luck" is hardly praising and celebrating good fortune
That managers are having signings forced on them? Good.
