Another tragedy of a window, where the squad has gotten weaker again. I’m not surprised though to be honest, nobody should be while these * are in charge.

 

Aye, I agree, I wouldn't judge anyone for worrying right now, and folk are rightly criticising our work up to this point. All I'm saying is I'm personally quite relaxed about it all, which is weird, because normally I'm one of the first to * the bed.

 

I'm also liking how most fans think the league is a given as well. We all know when one of the sides looks absolutely worse for wear they end up playing better than they do. Any single threat to the league and the board is *. Really need to stop playing Casino.

 

Can’t wait for them to have the gall to punt £200 CL match packages. When well no doubt have a on loan striker and Owen Beck in the door come September utterly scunnered that we have a board in place that is so content with killing any European progress to protect the bottom line

 

Only way that makes sense, is if they've planned this from about 6 years ago, which makes less sense because the better option would have been to use that time period to get better and improve the squad to improve the coefficient to mean we don't have qualifiers.


Sometimes (not aimed at anyone), the simplest answer is usually the right one.
Peter lawwell is a bit of a control freak and an accountant first and foremost.
He's a * and refuses to spend.

The double gave him reason and confirmation the squad doesn't need any massive investment.

I really hope that all fans see this for what it is, that it's NOT Rodgers doing.

He's been very very clear in his American interviews that this is on the board and whatever team they have in recruitment.

I'd be 100% behind this sort of thing.

If this window closes with as expected, not much else being added (idah, or finally another striker instead. A loaned left half and one more random project CM), then the fans and Rodgers should treat the board and the UCL in the same way.

Fans refuse to buy those tickets and Rodgers just play the fringe guys. Save the bigger names for the league.

It'll * off some players mind you, but what's the point in having them anyway if we aren't gonna help the players achieve their own success in Europe either.

So am I and that’s one of the annoying things. No matter what happens in the next couple of weeks we will pay our cup and CL tickets.

 

They need judged on Europe and not just domestic.

I’m not buying the CL packages this season unless we actually make some quality signings, I am mentally scarred by our performances in CL, and I have to drive 5 hours to be * off/embarrassed by our performances, so not this season

 

Miovski just about to sign for Girona so unlikely we go for him now.
