Bernardo and Idah I am fairly certain will come in but won’t start. We can’t afford another window of not signing certain starters and you could realistically improve 5 or 6 of that first 11, including O’Riley’s departure.

 

Surely to * the curly tashed whispy haired so called custodian has gotta step in and tell them enough is enough.

 

Sure it was spurs a few years ago went a season of no signings at all, got laughed at.

On the cusp of raging

 

I just beyond hope there are quality secret negotiations going on, surely this is the case because why on earth would Brendan stay with next to know ambition.

 

4 weeks in to an 11 week transfer window.
More than a third of the way through the window. Over 33% through it, not a single signing in.

A window we've had months to prepare and know about two loan deals we would want to convert - one of which we had a buy option on! And months (more like an entire season as the deal was ending), to sort a Hart replacement.

It's actually shocking how little we've done.

Evidence of decades shows, we won't be having those negotiations with any great ambition going on.

I am that * off about the whole thing, that i .ucked up the original reply to this, my head is all over the show, hope is all we have.

 

You'd have to say worse at this point. Last season we had a new manager coming. Bit of upheavel, but still had folk in (quality debatable).

We don't have any of that this time. Rodgers has fully assessed the squad, known we needed LB, a GK, a striker, a winger, a DMF at a minimum. We've got the biggest amount of resources ever to achieve this.

It's quality we want. Absolutely. Agreed there. But he and the club have had time to assess this. So this isn't an option or excuse now.

We're not in January so can't wheel out it's poor time to buy line either.

Over a month ago, players could be registered, so Where's the scouting for this quality that is very clearly needed?

It's total mismanagement. It's gone on that long now, it wouldn't be outta order to call it negligent.

You fly with the crows, you die with crows. If Rodgers wants to pump out the company lines (excuses) then he's fair game to be lined up like the rest of the suits.

 

I'd say I don't feel we've signed a load of *. By this point last season we'd signed Holm and Tilio, with Yang on 15th July and none of whom I felt improved us. We also had lost our best player by this point. I suppose we at least had a goalkeeper, although plenty on here seemed to want him gone. I'd say not as bad as last summer purely because there is still time for this to go right.

 

It's like our board actually thrive on Hun turmoil. When it's all going * up in Govan, our board seem to take a big step back. It's * mental.

As you say, they won't even be playing in their own stadium, they don't even know for how long. The rebuild they have to do is a joke, and we're sitting with our thumbs up our arses.

It can all change, 5 signings could come in the door in the same day, but I doubt anything like that will happen.

 

Huns are in major turmoil and We should be taking advantage but our Board are doing the square root of * all to strengthen that advantage,We never build on a position of strength when We all know fine well what is needed and right there in front of us, the supporters can see it but the Board seem oblivious to it, We will probably go with what we have when the season starts knowing the shysters on the Board.

 

Got a feeling we’re gonna try for Jensen for most of the window and then panic and settle on dubravka or schmeichel to get us by for a season. Wouldn’t be too fussed with them as I think they would be decent stop gaps but just puts us in same position in 12 months but it would be criminal to do something like that , keeper should have been in by now as it is a pivotal part of rodgers system and he needs to quickly get an understanding with the defenders he’s playing with as he will see a good amount of the ball.

 

If nothing significant moves on quality incoming players in next 2 weeks, I think we are (like first time) risking Rodgers being properly * off and considering his own future.

His last presser gave really clear indications of what he wants and expects.
