    Be fair the lads have only had 4 weeks off up til last week. They get a week or there abouts off at the winter break giving them 5 weeks total for the year - much like the rest of us.

    I dare say, Rodgers doesn't take his week off in January and is working. So surely we can allow the poor lad an extra few days to a week just now. Seeing how half the key players aren't even back yet either. Last week would literally just have been fitness *.

    Almost no business is done while the euros is one and I'm pretty sure our training team will have a pretty good idea as regards fitness levels and how to get the team up to speed before the season starts. Just relax and and enjoy the summer - plenty of time to get wound up in August when we are still trying to sign a left back :50:

    Wouldn't even say it is an extra few days, sure wasn't he hanging around doing different things the week after the cup final when everyone else was on a plane by the Sunday evening

    Yeah I can imagine it was pretty much fitness tests, weighing in etc to see where they are at. Have any of them hit the sauce a bit too much. Then plans made for them.
