    The thing that annoys me though is that as soon as you call they know if it's a high volume or not yet the charge you for 15-25mins then tell you to hang up.

    mate, if you are * off now, just wait till you find out where they will put you. I seem to get put in the farthest away seat in the ground everytime for a £600 quid a year seat. Effin monkeys!!:31:

    My dads friend who works in the TO told me there's no phone exchange that can handle with the high amount of calls to the TO during busy times such as the ordering of CL tickets. It's best to get down there and queue for it, because if you phone at a busy time, you've only got a 20% chance of getting through to someone...
