    Them all!!
Not to be our main CB transfer, but:

    *For a free transfer,
    *Scottish,
    *Good in the air,
*Left sided, can bring the ball out of defence
    *Won’t be bossed
    *Knows the league
*Grew up a Celtic supporter(I’m sure I’ve read that in here, posted by one of the members)
*Skelped Morelos a good few times when playing for Aberdeen.

it’s a no brainer for me.

It would be nice to see some movement on players coming in before the exodus begins.

Mind unchanged, would love us to bring him in. He’s a big solid defender and his actual football ability has vastly improved from his time in the Prem.

I actually think he'd be decent. He's got a bit of pace too and he's a big powerful guy.

He does look like a typical CB when going up for corners, never scoring, but I'd like him and sure he's only around 27 or 28.

Didn't see anything tonite to change my mind, he's simply not an upgrade on what we have.

He’s better than both Scales and Welsh. Should we be aiming higher? I’d hope so, but he’s definitely an upgrade on what we have (CCV aside).

Mental how opinions differ so much :56:

Personally think he'd be a cracking option for us, especially on a free. If he's wanting stupid wages then obviously it's a no-go but if it's reasonable then I'd be all for it. As part of a 4 or 5 man CB team he'd be ideal.

Would definitely still take him. As a 3rd/4th choice? Absolutely.

He's the type of CB that is dozen a dime , CBs in that price range all much of a muchness. Decent enough , does a job etc. Every once in a blue moon you get a CCV and even rarer a VVD, but the vast vast majorities of CBs are bang average and similar unless you are shopping in the elite bracket .

It's maybe an unfair comparison given very different styles of play, but if Scales is Scottish and you go on the season they both just had, he plays in front of McKenna last night - and getting a game at centre half for Scotland is NOT a high bar.
