Milligan v Novo - Scottish fight of the century

Kudos to Caz - he’s going to sell out the Hydro only a few weeks after getting his head boxed off by the Property Boss. Novo used to get put in his * on the regular up EK village

Caz really is a genius - GOAT like entrepreneurship

Zhang is such a weird entity.

I know Wilder has been a shadow of his former self... but, was his power overrated and over exaggerated his entire career?

Wilder is one of the most overrated boxers ever. Great at knocking out bums, lost to every credible fighter he’s fought. * squad. He has a great right hand but at heavyweight so do most fighters

If you watch back any sizeable amount of Wilder’s career something becomes abundantly clear. The guy can’t box.

Gerald Washington outboxed him before succumbing to the right hand.

An ancient Luis Ortiz completely outboxed him before also falling short to the right hand.

In the “draw” with Tyson Fury he was completely and utterly outclassed from bell to bell, outwith (you guessed it) one right hand that flatlined him before he rose from the dead.

Joseph Parker completely dismantled him. Bell to bell he put on a complete boxing clinic on him and won 12/12 rounds. Joseph Parker is by no means a great boxer if we’re being real here.

and now Zhang. A 41 year old with losses to Hrgovic and Parker on his record. Over 5 rounds he controlled the fight absolutely. Wilder never troubled him at all and it was a matter of time before the lights went out.

Fair * to the guy. I genuinely mean that. In the third Fury fight he thoroughly earned my respect for the amount of heart he showed. He made an entire career out of knocking out bums and pulling out knockouts in fights he was being outclassed in technically. That’s no easy feat. As I say though, he cannot box and has never, ever been even a passable technical boxer. That should be his career done now.

Hamazh Sheeraz looks a real talent as well.

Just the way he threw punches just looked so satisfying and clean, like so mechanically perfect it looked like a computer simulation.

That’s what I mean though anybody if any credibility he fought bashed him. He knocked out a load of nobodies. He has a great right hand but in heavyweight boxing they can all hit hard in the top 20. He was so overrated from the start.

Makes Fury’s resume look all the worse, given that Wilder effectively comprises 2 of his top 3 wins.

Had folk labelling him as an all time
    great heavyweight as well.

Too easy to dismiss someone’s career based on the end of it.

Wilder has always been a * boxer but he has one of, if not the, biggest punches in heavyweight history. The fact he managed to go unbeaten for so long is proof of that because he’s a pencil legged donkey with zero boxing IQ. Even his big punches are thrown from a mile behind him and are never set up properly.

It’s a very good example of the importance of levels in boxing.

It’s all well and good looking invincible against poor opposition, but at elite level everyone knows how to eliminate his only real weapon.

The truth is he was just never that good, and had been hyped up to a ridiculous extent. He’ll retire with his best win being against and old Ortiz (who himself has beaten mostly nobody), having ducked AJ and avoided Klitschko.

Nowhere near an all time great heavyweight.

So Fury said the Usyk fight was easy and compared him to a local amatuer boxer. It's unbelievable how deluded the man really is even after getting felted big time. According to his own words that makes him worse than a nobody then?
