To be completely honest, after the hand that Lundstram dealt them being a man down and a goal down, they were a real unit after that, we tried all sorts of ideas to break down their defence but Butland made good saves and some of our decisions going forward were wasteful, but it really is as if they play better as a team when the pressures off them a bit, down a goal, down a man, they aren't expected to win at that point and they suddenly turn up? Same as last game at Parkhead, they played better after being a man down than they did before. We still outplayed them though the whole match.

Thought the ref had a good enough game apart from the non bookings to Huns in the first half.

Why he was sent to the monitor for the penalty is only cheating .
Fair play to him for sticking to what was the correct call.

A torturous last 20mins, just a carbon copy of December losing all composure and game management.

Felt oor Tav played well allowing Maeda the easy assist for Lundy.

Credit to big back post Borna stepping up to allow MOR to waltz in for the first goal.

Very true. Per the egg's comments, they've already spent some of their summer budget.

 

Of course the huns are straight out with the “ Celtic never won the league, we lost it” narrative to make themselves feel better get it right * up them

 

Rodgers kinda addressed this and he seems quite baffled why the team go like this.

I don’t have a completely opinion about this but it might be because at some point the midfield and wingers need to take their foot off the gas and when that happens the opposition can launch balls onto Taylor, AJ and Scales which causes chaos and lets teams back in.

From there we get nervous and lose composure. If you’ve got solid players there just squashing that tactic I think we rest for 10 mins then get our platform back to dominate and win comfortably.

Needs to be looked at in the transfer window.

 

Listen when he puts in performances like that for us I’ll be calling him Tav. Arguably one of our top players in these games over the years.
