Forgot about Yilmaz. He managed 11 minutes at the weekend. He'll start.

It'll be interesting who Clement starts as he doesn't care about the players' wellbeing or recoveries as he just wants to field his strongest team.

I wouldn't be shocked to see an unfit Sima, Yilmaz and Matondo feature, they may even start.

He has to throw everything at us. I hope they break down and force more subs and are out for the cup final as a result.

These players will probably be well off the pace.

For us, it's a must not lose. For the huns, it's a must win. Like you said they have to throw everything at us. Gamble, be risky. Not their style at all. Even more riskier doing it with barely fit players.

Been wondering how they approach this. Go * for leather, really aggressive front footed pressing game, attacking, throwing men forward, which we would tear them apart due to the gaps available, OR, do they contain, try and get to HT 0-0, regroup and go from there.

Not sure. But Clements mentally fragility will be shown in his starting 11. We're coming to the boil at the right time.

Stomach is in knots thinking about the game. I’m super confident but the jeopardy is still there. The treble is still possible for them and the thoughts of us allowing that to happen is like a disgusting fever dream/awful psychedelic bad trip.

We should put them away. Should. Who knows though, it’s sport at the end of the day and anything can happen. I’m excited as * for it.. don’t remember ever being as nervous for a game before.

I think we will probably beat them 3-1.

My plans for the game.. finish work tomorrow (Friday) around 7pm. Head to the pub for the Canucks hockey game.. then pick up some booze and head back to mine with a couple of my workmates who I’ve convinced to partake in their very first Glasgow derby. Kick off at 4.30am. * come on Celtic.

    Exactly how I see it.

On paper, we should be wiping the floor with them.

Unfortunately for us, the game isn't played on paper.

They will play like every other SPFL team I think and try to contain us for as long as possible, hoping to nick a 1-0 while playing for set pieces. I really can't see them coming at us as we'd tear them apart in an end to end contest.

They really are a terrible football team. Sure they win games by lobbing enough balls into the box that eventually something breaks, but the way they play is no different to any other hammer thrower SPFL side. Long ball after long ball, get it wide and swing it in.

I watched the first leg of the Airdrie vs Partick game the other day and genuinely Airdrie play a nicer style of football.

    Get them *, Celtic.

The last time Davies and Souttar lined up at CP... I was a rare attendee at this game - some day :ynwacelti

If Davies and Souttar are at the back I can't imagine they'd want to play an open game at the risk of leaving them two exposed to the movement of Kyogo and direct running pace and harrying of Maeda.

As others have said I can see them maybe jigging it about and starting Sterling and Tav down one side.

Maybe if Yilmaz and Barisic down the other and really play a containment game and try and really make the game narrow so wide guys like Maeda, Forresr or Kuhn don't have anywhere to go.

But reality is for me, if a back four of Tav, Souttar, Davies and Barisic starts.

We have to be absolutely spanking that senseless..

I know it's toxic to demand it but I would genuinely be demanding a strong 3-0 win.

It's such a weird feeling to know how vital this game is to winning the league, yet at the same time, even a narrow defeat isn't that bad.

I mean, I want the win, I want to skelp them, but if they some how managed a one goal win over us, we still sit top of the league with a +3 goal difference.

That's just a mental thought really. That even in defeat, they still need favours, when it's this close to the end.

A draw is as good as a win as well. But skelping then would be soo good.
