Need to start flooding the league with loans from us. We need to be buying youngsters from the other clubs and loaning them back out to their original club. It's what the big fish do in their league in these smaller leagues.

Porto, Sporting and Benfica flood their league by buying the best youngsters in Portugal and loaning them and their homegrown youngsters to the other clubs. PSV, Ajax, Feyenoord all do it. Salzburg do it. German clubs do it to Switzerland. French clubs do it to Belgium.

We need to start put things in place to control the future. Holm, Yang, Kwon, Oh, Tilio, Frame, Kelly all should be loaned out next season. Miller and Watson should be bought and loaned back to their current club.

We would be giving those players desperately needed game time, enhancing club's in our league and buying the best in the hope they can make an impact at Celtic a year or two down the line.

We have the money if we win the league to absolutely control this league and protect our future.

With the lazy appointment of O'Dea and Mulgrew close to being appointed under 18s coach, it doesn't fill me with confidence after the sackings of Lawell jnr and his assistant, that we will learn from previous mistakes and rectify the mistakes of the past 18months recruitment wise.

    Jobs for the boys continues.

Sell Lagerbielke, Kobayashi, Johnston, loan out Holm, Kwon and Oh.

Main job should be gettin the defensive side of the team more solid, McGregor as he gets older and loses pace needs to move forward again.

Need an old experienced keeper who's maybe on the bench and doesn't play at a team but wants to play more, maybe Fabianski from West Ham, Dubravka from Newcastle or Sanchez from Chelsea. Wouldn't go for another younger or upcoming keeper which could be a disaster and derail the team. Got to have played like 400+ games minimum.

A Barkas scenario gives you the fear even Douglas, Hedman. Better sticking to old experienced keepers who'll probably see us as an easy job and place to win trophies.

Id love if we could do it. Matthew Anderson, lawal and kwon in patches aside has anyone performed of note at their loan clubs?

Mikey Johnston is romping it at West Brom.
Haksa about the same as he was for us at stoke
Toby Olwafemi - barely played at admiral
Shaw - has done alright on loan but will be one to go
Summers - doing alright I think at Dunfermline needs a better loan for next season to see if he could make it here.

All on £40k p/w or more in the case of Sanchez. We won't be going for them at that rate. Hart is on £15k p/w currently.

We REALLY need to add quality in the summer. Please please no more * projects. We will hopefully win the league that guarantees more money to add to the pile we already have.

What struck me from a Rodgers interview after winter window was we had players who wanted to come but teams said no. Surely this means we are back in for them in the summer and in theory these deals are then done quicker??

Think he was talking about kvistgaarden on that one.

They booted out 4m , demanding "crazy money" as they were determined to keep him.

But now he's injured, and apparently, their willing to do business now.

We should offer them no more than 2.5m imo. I certainly don't rate him as highly as they do.

I think he looks excellent, but maybe not as an out and out striker. Also seen some statos on Twitter saying he profiles similar to Wirtz.

I think he’d be a useful player for us, albeit not as a striker.

For those who are in love.....
    I really wanted him..

All action, pacey, nightmare to come up against player who had good stats if I remember right? Versatile and slightly different to what we have..

Players like him do well in our league, especially Scandinavians...well more often than no..

I'd skip one transfer window if it meant a whole new board.

If you skipped the next transfer window, we would be lucky to finish 2nd next season.

Tbf we need to loan out even more players than we did.

We need to start doing it more and more to get youngsters game time and see what they can do playing at a decent level without hampering our own competitiveness on the field.

It seems so obvious. It's worked brilliantly for us before.

I'd sign Lennon Miller from Motherwell, loan him straight back and send Holm there as well.

Let them develop and bond. As they could develop in to first teal starters soon enough.
