We really do have a significant number of helmets in our support.

Our ultras displayed a banner glorifying the slaughter of innocent people in his homeland on the day it happened.

Who can blame him for not wanting to play for us?

£10million is an exceptional fee given the circumstances.

All the best to him but he did down tools

The propaganda out his homeland if from north Korea or Russia was the same would be condemned.

His compatriots along with the beliefs of the support (element of it) made his position untenable but his departure will make sure he is the last Israeli to play for celtic.

It's mental the amount of people who want him to 'get to *'... when you actually put it as simply as you have put it there.

The GB banner was nothing short of disgraceful, given the circumstances. There was a way to highlight the suffering of the people of Palestine without glorifying the death of innocent Israelis. Their banners since then have been good.

Horrible situation for him, I have no doubt he is getting absolutely relentless pressure from back home and this is the only way he sees out. I think he wanted to make it work here after his injury but it was always going to be incredibly difficult.

The fee really is excellent. I'd have expected half of that, given the circumstances.

Hamas is the governing party in Gaza and is hugely popular among Palestinians. If you actually believe the bolded part, it's as if saying the vast majority of Palestinians are ''bloodthirsty rapists''. For the record, Israel was financing Hamas in order to overthrow the social democratic Fatah who were more open to peace negotiations. They thought they had Hamas under control. Turns out they probably didn't.

Good luck to him scored a few belters, hit and miss with quality but then again that can be
Said about most Celtic players as well.

last few games he was extremely poor.

another £10m added to the bank balance which will impress the board.

I do believe Fatah is the party that must govern Palestine, and that's just because there's nothing even more moderate. Hamas are inhuman. You're correct on Israel financing Hamas, but it must be pointed out that the last elections in Gaza were held in 2007. It's hard to say whom Palestinians truly want to govern them, but it makes Israeli claims how all Palestinians are terrorists ridiculous. These people have no political agency and cannot shoulder blame for being intimidated by Hamas.

The palestinians know their situation way better than we do. We are in no position to tell them how to act or whom to elect as their leaders. All we can do is support their right for self determination. Again, do you stand with the oppressed or with the oppressor? That's all that matters.

Anyway, I'm happy with how the Abada situation turned out. We got a good fee for him. He was a useful player under Ange. Not so much under BR cause of his limited ability on the ball.

Would love us to replace Abada with El Ghazi. Highly doubt it will happen as long as the board is full of tories and has zero connection with the actual Celtic fans.

    Hamas are scum.

Their goal is to wipe the Israelis off the face of the earth, and have openly declared that they will commit to many more October 7ths.

Their leaders are animalistic shitebags, living it up in Qatar whilst innocent Palestinian children get blown to smithereens.

    * them, and * the IDF. As always, it’s innocent people just trying to get on with their lives that suffer.

Again, you don’t need to live in a country to have an opinion on a leadership.

I don’t live in Russia but I know Vladimir Putin is a *.

Are you simple or have ADHD or something. I don't even know how to reply to a ridiculous post like this to be honest!

First of all his body language speaks volumes to me in them two games he was on for us. I understand he can't be seen to walk up to us supporters waving palastine flags. He * off down that tunnel like a wee scrot! That's enough for me to make my assumptions on him and wether you like it or not, I couldn't give a flying *! Coming off about us making assumptions is wrong even if he comes out supporting the IDF! Do you seriously think we all live in a world where we all don't make assumptions! Only a clown like you on an Internet forum would try and pull something like up then say even if our assumptions where right, were still wrong l! Definitely something lacking in your head swiss! * like you need to get out more and live in the real world coming aff with nonsense like that!

If ya want my opinion on it, I do believe he supports Israel in that destruction them * are doing over there! If he doesn't then he should * say so! Where's the real men in this world who speak there mind against what's wrong! He could easy come out and say it or at least show it with his body language! No, he run down that tunnel like a wee scrot because he couldn't wait to GTF out of there. And in them two games, it was the worst id ever seen him play in the hoops! Again, more body language. My merchandise, my season ticket money pays his wages so I have a valid opinion as any other celtic supporter and I believe he supports what's going on and if he does, * him! What's going on over there is * savagery! I grew up during a conflict and still bare the scars of it but * me, it's nothing on the scale what them Palestinians are going through. Its got to the stage I don't even watch any more videos or read up on it because it's * sickening!

I thank him for his time here. Time to draw a line and move on! Time will tell if I'm right or not and this doesn't mean a daft happy clap statement when he moves on. * show his true colours one day.

We all have our opinions. My point is we shouldn't patronise them. They know for themselves what's the best way to fight for independence. What makes you think you know better than them what's going on in their own country?

Putin is a war criminal, but that doesn't give the right to any country to bring him down. It's the russians themselves that should bring him down, otherwise it's an act of aggression against Russia.

This is off-topic, but a nasty repressive apparatus tends to scare the common person into passivity. Hamas crush dissent in Gaza. Putin's lackeys in Russia. I hope the West meddles in Russia and incites the people to do another 1917. But that same West is sadly, content to let Israel squash Hamas and Palestinians at once, without trying to help the oppressed civilians be at peace.

I hope the West stops intervening in foreign countries and leaves them alone. Last thing we need is another CIA coup.

1917 was done by the russians themselves, not by the West. If anything, the Allies tried everything within their powers to stop the revolution.

Like you said, we are waaay off topic. Let's say we agree to disagree. No big deal.

    Delighted.

It's obvious he wasn't kicking another ball for us.

£10m is a decent price considering.

I hope we spend it all in the summer because we need to.
