Never a red for me, I did post the rules as well I said that needs to be seen as Serious foul play and endangering an opponent.

This is an example of serious foul play in the rules "Any player who lunges at an opponent in challenging for the ball from the front, from the side or from behind using one or both legs, with excessive force or endangers the safety of an opponent is guilty of serious foul play."

Theres no way that can be described as serious foul play.

Tbh I do think it's naive to have your boot that high up, red or not.

I assume we'll appeal but if it's unsuccessful then we're losing a big creative outlet.

Playing well? He was playing dangerous passes back into our box which put us under pressure
