Neymar vs Ralston - everything after that is a breeze in the park. These things happen. Plenty who complain about the booing will also criticise Ralston for being bammed up by the biggest (and vilest) bam in football. That's far more intense than what happened to Bernardo.

Worlds of difference, but still needs dealt with. The margins of success are miniscule.

And then Celtic Da’s putting up tweets and pictures of Ralston giving him a bit back, turned the non-Da’s right against him.

Ralston took 4 years from then and a loan I think, maybe 3 years, to recover from it. A quite unimpressive loan as well. But that after he’s been through it, earned his space and new contract and wage bump, it’s bred a mentality made of steel. It’s the reason Ange’s first season when he was playing all the time if we needed a winner or equaliser, that’d be when he’d grab a goal and if not he’d be setting up that goal.

And that’s probably the trade off, we can be brutal as fans, but guys that thrive and develop regardless of that usually have a mentality that’s off the scale. Likes of Calmac, Forrest, even Broony I’d say even though he came through at Hibs, he bred that mentality here after his first year under the worst circumstances for him personally and fans on his back. Bounced back for PotY following year.

Next time we turned under Ronny, he was at his best under BR.

It’s a trade off there, but it’s rare the guys that can do it, too rare for my likinh

    Surely noone was booing Bernardo?

They were booing because Iwata was coming off before McGregor/O'Riley who deserved it more. Hee haw to do with Bernardo. Surely someone's told him this?

Hope CalMac pulls out of the 2 Scotland friendlies in March to give him a couple of weeks rest before the vital league game against the Huns at ipox.

Think the game against the diets will give us the best indication if we're gonna win the league or not. Put in another good performance and do those c**** in their own back yard, and it will show we've really turned a corner.

If that’s all it took why didn’t you waver sooner? Could have saved us all those performances.

Our performances this season would make even the most positive supporter doubt our chances..

We all just need to get behind Rodgers and the team now.

Stick by Brendan my friend. These other * are * losers. We'll win this league and some people on here will need to put themselves in hiding for a good bit when we do...for what they've said about brendan

Thought we were certain to win it, then thought we’d lose it now getting a bit confident again

Is it possible to go into hiding on an internet forum? How would you know?

True but you'll notice when they start posting all over the forum wanting the manager beheaded if we have the audacity to even draw a game.......
.."we are celtic supporters faithful through and through.....over and over we will follow you". Either some * are daft and don't know the lyrics or they are just glory hunting chancers.....

    It's possible to be both.

Which verse of the song mentions Rodgers? Songs about the team surely, or does it mean we need to bow our head to Lawell and co too?

Nothing is won, we're still in a 50/50 title race and have thrown away a massive lead, with Rodgers and the team delivering some truly terrible performances..

Hopefully we're hitting form at the right time and have enough to get over the line.. and we all need to unite behind the team.

We'll always be there no matter what, however if everyone blindly supported us without critique nobody would ever be held to account..

I agree with the point your making here, definitely of the same mind but the lyrics of that is faithful to the club, sometimes that requires more than chanting, encouragement and cheering them on.

Sometimes it’s protesting and getting a board booted out and being faithful to the club, not guys in charge of it or even on the pitch, certainly not the suits in the background, especially the ones that got booted when the Rebels won and Fergus came in.

Because they weren’t hundred percent supported bu Celtic fans back then, and there was times that song got sang to them, in mockery and when the dust settled, they were the most in the end.

Faithful through and through and following the club through thick and thin, doesn’t mention that it’s required to be mindlessly positive and happy with everything we do. Sometimes supporting the club is pruning a few broken branches - Like Lawwel Jr and the * who left with him
