No mate it's the number of times he does it is the problem. Every now and again I could overlook but almost every time he tries to cross a ball it's in row z. Trying to even control the ball sometimes it bounces off him, simple passes going wayward....multiple times every game. Had enough of it man.

He does my box in, two left feet, touch like an elephant, a complete enigma, gives 110% every minute of the game, pops up all over the pitch, chips in with vital goals, wouldnt change him for the world, he's brilliant, I love him.

We get one or two a game where he whips in a cross with his Timbeys on, but if he was on the money every time and had a better first touch and finish, he would probably play for Liverpool or Man City.

He's also one of those guys who can be absolutely lethal in front of goal when he doesn't get a chance to think about it. Like the goal yesterday.

Hands down the most polarizing player on the squad. This thread is a roller coaster. People either love him or hate him. Pretty much nothing in between.

I'd argue it all depends on a) the system we play and b) the opposition. He struggles under BR's possession-based approach, but was more effective last season under Ange. He's the perfect player against offensive-minded teams in Europe. Not so much against inferior domestic opposition.

 

His pace is his greatest assett for us.love the guy. Gives 100 percent.HH

His touch and crossing can be awful, but I think the team struggles when he's missing. His energy and workrate are infectious. Other players seem to press more, play faster and work harder when he's in the side.
