Seen this earlier in the season, a few games when Oh came on and Kyogo's stayed on instead of being a straight swap, CBs don't know who to park themselves on and struggled instantly, I think with our slower pace of play under Rodgers they have Kyogo on his own covered much easier than before.

 

I would start him and Kuhn midweek and drop Kyogo and Palma, both doing my head in at the moment.
I get people calling for us to go 2 up front but just dont think we have the players to play that wing back role-except maybe Maeda.

 

May as well start him, with or without Kyogo. Kyogo gets nothing from our wingers so couldn't be any worse.

 

Our wingers are about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike, two absolute waste of jerseys yesterday. But yeah serious question now has to be asked of Kyogo, I'd start Idah against Hibs

 

The fact he managed to hold the ball up for more than a split second means he’s instantly better than Oh.

 

The only two players Rodgers has passionately spoken about players ability this season has been oriley and Idah.. seems after today's presser he is most definitely Rodgers signing. More evidence there appears to be a power battle going on between Rodgers and the recruitment team regarding signings

Rodgers talling Idah up big time today, really excited is the term. Hopefully means he starts him tomorrow to try get him up ad running properly. Positive stuff.

 

The way Rodgers is talking him up I'm half expecting Ronaldo Fenômeno like performances.

 

Celtic will reportedly have to pay £3million if they want to land striker Adam Idah on a permanent deal.

The Ireland international joined the Hoops on deadline day on loan until the end of the season from Norwich City with no option to buy included in the deal.

And the Irish Mirror claims that it would take around £3million to sign the forward from the English Championship side.

Norwich City have a similar deal in place with Bologna for Sydney van Hooijdonk after they brought in Idah's replacement on loan.

The 22-year-old provided an assist for fellow new signing Nicolas Kuhn during Celtic's 1-1 draw at Pittodrie.

 

Are we sure there shouldn't be a 0 after that 3? Because I just listened to Rodger's press conference and I'm pretty sure he was describing Luis Suarez in his prime talking about Idah

 

Think Rodgers thinks he’ll be the Dembele of this spell in charge. Hopefully he’s right.

 

Has to start, preferably with Kyogo.

 

Think Lawwell has told him all of us are going off our * with rage at that transfer window, so talk this guy up like he’s Van Basten. It’s fine they won’t notice he couldn’t get a game for Norwich.

 

Fully expect him to start tomorrow night now.

 

If he scores enough here that we want him permanent, I doubt they'll let him go for as little as £3m.

We badly need fresh faces coming in and helping a struggling side..

 

and one we desperately need Rodgers to win.

 

i would take rodgers praisc of idah with a pinch of salt ,he came out with the same balls when we signed jack hendry ,he has all the attributes to be a champions league player and look how that turned out
