I always loved that feeling of the first game when the window shuts, seeing a new guy in action. We’ve seen a few debut goals, feel we could see another.

Joining at a tough time but it could be the making of his career.

 

Does anyone know anything about him? Is he fast? Is his work rate high..can he hold up to bring the midfield into it...I know absolutely nothing about this guy.

I think he's gonna do good here...he hasn't got much time to show case his skillset but think he's going to grab the opportunity.

 

Did we just sign him cause he's Irish cause I've no idea why we didn't sign Sydney van Hooijdonk. Norwich getting rid of their Deadwood to us and getting van hooijdonk. Sutton doesn't seem to rate idah.

I think it's actually really important in terms of how good they'll be. Having players that have a good attitude is so important for their development as well as team morale.

It's why Ange would always reach out to players personally before signing them. He had to make sure their faces were going to fit and they knew what their place was gonna be in the team.

That's also why it was really important to get rid of moody plays like Turnbull and Lagerbielke, who seemed like they would sulk and moan about not getting enough minutes and bring everyone down.

 

I’ve seen those but I’ve also mostly seen people say you can’t fault his work rate. I think a main criticism people have had is that he doesn’t throw his weight around enough.

 

Hope he does well, I really do but us not going for SVH and then getting Norwich cast off * makes me sick.

I honestly don’t get why we have gone for him when he can’t get into a * Norwich team and the fact you can tell it’s a panic loan last min offered into us cause we don’t even have a * loan to buy etc.
