lets be honest, everyone is speculating one way or the other how we are set up and structured in terms of recruitment as there's no fan representation at the club and no transparency whatsoever from the club about such things. we're all second guessing and going by what's the norm at most clubs of our level but nothing is clear cut.

some will say we've got 2 scouts and mark lawwell twiddling their thumbs waiting for something to fall into their laps and others say we do extensive due diligence on a long list of targets. the truth might be somewhere in between but anyone saying categorically they know how robust our recruitment processes likely can't back it up with any meaningful evidence *awaits someone presenting said evidence*...

 

For me this is a preparation signing to take abadas place when he’s sold in summer ovb helps bring depth for title run in aswell

On paper he doesn’t look a bad signing, he’s older than Abada but pretty similar stats- goal contribution every 2 games on average.

Rodgers likes wingers that play on the inside as well so always cutting in on their strong foot. It’s definitely the type Rodgers wants.

I think the main difference is Rodgers will have the final say but doesn’t take much else to do with it where as Ange wanted certain personalities as well as the ability.

 

I actually don't mind him as a signing, good dribbling, technique, first touch and creates chances. The big concern is his history of hamstring injuries.

If he stays fit and healthy I think he could be a great signing, but it's a fairly big if.

I'd have preferred Marco Grüll over Kuhn in terms of Rapid Wien players.

I'm one of the first to call out "project" players, but a fit and healthy Kuhn isn't a project imo, could fit into a starting 11.
