    We have filled out squad with far too many projects. You can almost guarantee we will still be sitting with the majority of them in a year or so as they play in the reserves. Our transfer model, if you can even call it that is a shambles.

    I would say it just looks like there's complete lack of strategy. It's almost like they looked at Brighton, ignored all the carefully crafted loans, succession planning, continuity (including obvious things like just having a DoF FFS), etc and mistakenly thought it was a form of gambling or something.

    - The players we wanted weren’t available
    - Inflated prices
    - Ran out of time

    We have cash in the bank.
    BR has known since the first day of the season that certain players just aren’t good enough.
    We know what positions need strengthened.
    All BR has banged on about is adding quality players.

    A coach to work on throw ins. It’s absolutely embarrassing seeing us take them. Nobody moves and creates space for it, then we end up throwing it up the line to a winger who is never going go win the header anyway. Schoolboy stuff.

    Must be nearly £200,000 a week in wages paid to these players and the head of recruitment needs sacked for the duds brought in oh wait the chairman's son no chance of that happening then our structure within the club is full of nepotism and people only in positions because who their daddy or uncle is within the club and it's a * shambles.

    I have real concerns about us getting the right players in, no matter how much we spend.

    Mark Lawwells record continues to worsen. I don't think any of us can honestly sit here and trust the club to get the signings right. If his name wasn't Lawwell is position at the club would be untenable. Congerton and Hammond-esque at this point.

    The fact we CANNOT get that position right is depressing as *. Third head of recruitment in a row who appears to be clueless. I had high hopes for him as well.

    The stage we are at we need pretty much a 100% success rate. That's never happening, for me. But we obviously need to try. The squad really is in a miserable spot right now when you sit and read through it.

    Mark Lawwell was never relevant at Man City. They don't benefit from scouting, because actual MC players are straight up bought as finished articles from established sides. CFG is a conveyor belt of loanees that the club only looks to make a bit of money on, hoping they get lucky.

    We need a scout capable of identifying first team players.

    it would be much easier mentionig who we should keep . ccv,scales,nawrocki ,a.johnston , mcgregor,hatate,o'riley,iwata,holm ,maeda,kyogo,palma maybe ralston,hart and taylor as back up every other * should be out the door
