Fair point on not ruling anyone out and those mentioned won’t be on big wages.

Welsh will depend on how the club view Scales and if Phillips is kept for the full season. He signed the new deal to be our fourth choice centre back but circumstances have worked against him so a loan may not be out the question.

Bernabei I think a loan with a view to selling him for me is what we need, he isn’t going to make it her as a left back. Defensively he is non existent people just go straight past him.

 

I think people are being harsh on a young player who's just back from injury that has already scored 6 goals for us with hardly any playing time, including headers and match winners.

You would think he was Amido Balde or Bangura.

He wasn't the player that ended up at Norwich when we had him, he was too timid and couldn't handle playing for us. His style of play and oppositions parking the bus never helped him either.

 

I think the big guy is just a bit too eager to show what he can do and can definitely needs some game time

 

He has also been very unlucky with timing of his injury at the end of preseason and even the ending of last season. He was given game time and got goals then. He had started to show good form and then the season was done.

He has a lot to his all round game but needs to sharpen up his decision making and finishing. My worry is he doesn’t get enough game time to do that if he is constantly on the bench. Hopefully we kick on are in control of games earlier and can get him on and give Kyogo a rest around the hour mark.

The late October through to January break spell is where fixtures go mental so he will likely get more game time then.

Obviously Kyogo is the main man up front and ideally you don't want to interfere with that, but some of his play wide right on Saturday was excellent.

Two high pressing wide men supplying a strong CF could be * epic.

 

He was absolutely awful at ibrox and Ange even called him out for his performance.

He's not getting the minutes bcoz his performances arnt deserving of it

 

He isn’t getting the minutes due to Kyogo. Same with GG before him.

 

He was far from the only one who was poor at Ibrox even our established players in midfield were embarrassing that day.

He got a goal at Tyncastle, Easter Road and a double against Aberdeen post split which isn’t bad going.

He isn’t as good as what Giakoumakis was for us no doubt about that so far.

 

He has looked good every time he has come on , no worse than anyone else great at holding the ball up and he's got good technique and can even pick a pass . Same * criticizing him probably wanted shankland or nisbet

 

You can tell this guy is desperate to score every time he's on the pitch.

It's tough to drop Kyogo, but I feel like we really need to find Oh some extra minutes and ideally a few starts to accelerate his development.

 

We need to sign someone else to come in when kyogo ain't playing or play Maeda upfront. Big Oh is not the answer

 

Don’t know what he brings. I know he’s a project so we shouldn’t expect too much but….
As I’ve said previously we should have held onto GG or bought another CF to help Kyogo and ultimately the team.

 

Oh will be phenomenal for us if he gets the chance.

 

For me he's not getting enough game time to prove himself. From the little time he's got this season like today he hasn't got many chances..

I cant say for sure if he's good enough or not because just haven't seen enough of him

 

He makes the right runs to get into attacking positions. Doesn’t seem to drop deep much but on a few occasions his link up play has looked decent. Still developing and has some promise. He is a drop off from Kyogo but he can still do a job for us.

 

I just don’t see it with him tbh… doesn’t do nearly enough with the run outs he gets. Need another striker in the door january to rotate with kyogo

 

It's this season or never. Needs a goal massively.
