I was the same tbh but during the first half I thought we could've come away with at least a point because they were bang average.

They looked *, we are *, at this level anyway.

Barely lade a glove on them. A few half chances in the first half but their keeper never really had a save to make.

Feyenoord are * average man. Compare our performance tonight to last year's despite the heavier loss. It's night and day.

Two sent off and we started to have a bit of fire in our belly.
I still think this group is wide open couple of good results at home and who knows.

We will get better as players come back and new players settle, we also won't get that ref in every match.

5 games left. We can beat them at Parkhead for starters.

Exact same * every single season.

This one is more annoying than usual because we had such a chance to build something this summer.

An experienced DM and a decent keeper and I think we’d win that tonight.

And we have * 3 or 4 times the required resources to have done it.

And we’ve known we needed it for 2 * seasons.

But something something.. bankrupt something something.. wages something something.. only inexperienced Scandinavians want to come here.

It’s a * riddy. I bet no other club in this tournament is so ridiculously underprepared as us.

People can moan about the transfers coming in forever. I guess we have a not to bad hit rate with them really. But every single year we lose someone and need to replace them with a risk. We can never hold onto anyone. The replacements are always wet behind the ears when European football roles around early in the season and are always outclassed.

    This time... Jota, Starfelt

    Before that Juranovic, Julian, Georgios..

    And before that... Edouard, Ajer...

    And Frimpong..

    And Teirney

    And Dembele, Armstrong

    And Van Dijk

    Etc etc

We always seem to have half a team trying to gel at this early stage of the season. Always an uphill battle when that is the case. A few of them will probably be doing great in a couple of months when we're already out. And then we'll lose another one in the market.

    Just depressing.

Really average team but considering we were down to 9 men it could have been alot worse, palma and Hatate were really disappointing.

    I feel the same.

Don't feel overly dejected as I wasn't expecting much before the game. Actually worried we might be in for an absolute doing with the way Feyenoord have been playing recently.

2-0 isn't the worst result, considering we were down to 10 men.

7 competitive games and abada v Aberdeen is the only time one of our wingers scored a goal all season.

Strange one tonight. Thought we were decent up until the 2 reds. Remember we were supposed to be hammered by them and we were every bit as good as them until we went down to 9. Hatate very poor, missing our first 3 centre backs, our new attacking players still have hardly played.

Not making excuses we weren’t great but not gonna lose any sleep over that. Went there a bit depleted and only got a bit outclassed when we went down to 9. First goal was so soft too and first red was debatable.

    Can beat them at home.

Enough about the negatives, the positives for me were:

Rodgers had us set up smartly, we weren't giving them anything, press was good, and we got into a few good positions just lacking composure

O'Riley was top drawer all night

Scales really showed he can be relied on if need be

Oh and Yang looked bright off the bench

So you didn’t think we looked capable of getting back jnto the game with 11 men?

I thought we did well enough first half. There were all kinds of mistakes surrounding the first goal, and it was a downer losing it on half time.

Second half, it all fell apart.

Given the circumstances we ended up in, 2-0 isn't the end of the world. The squad isn't strong enough, clearly, but I think Feynoord are there for the taking at Celtic Park

We’re just not ruthless enough and it was the same issue last season in Europe, now we have a squad that isn’t performing to the same levels as last season plus several injuries. Time for Rodgers to earn his corn.

This woman is clueless and so is Jermain, who I doubt can name more than 3 players on our team. BT Sport got their priorities wrong here.

Every years we get this....if blah blah was fit, if this if that..always always some reason why we lost and its our own doing. I can accept losing if we play well but this repeatedly shooting ourselfs in the foot makes me so fecking mad.
