I can't see how Beale survives now. A quick gander on their forums and listen to hun podcasts and phone ins I'd say 99.9% of them want him gone. That and the poisonous atmosphere today and the fact the hun hierarchy usually cave to the hun hoards demands..

Only thing that might save him is the international break when the huns will become great again when no football is played ha

The only thing that saves Beale is the cost of keeping him until Jan... sacking him now just cost too much money.

    Love to see it

    * glorious, away at the * pit wae a make shift defence, every * writing us off giving us no chance, still taught them a lesson. Unreal man, standing up against the odds and doing the business is so * sweet.

Well I was completely wrong about this game and could not be happier about that. I know the zombies were a mess going in but so were we and with home advantage and no away fans at all I said all week I would happily take a point. But to go there and IMHO not just win but deservedly so with so much adversity is incredible and speaks volumes. I was thinking toward the end there when we had a back line of Ralston, Scales, Lagerbielke and Bernabei and they still were not really creating that much this is a real punch to the gut that they can't score on that back line. Joe Hart made a couple of good saves in the second half but its not like he made any worldie saves or was under constant pressure. Scales and again here I will happily hold my hand up and say I was completely wrong thinking he would get bullied by their big strikers was superb. Beside him Lagerbielke looked very shaky in that first half but settled down in the second. Taylor was much better today and Johnston was well Johnston.
First half I thought we controlled most of the game and in fairness they were lucky it took us until just before half to score but what a goal it was from Kyogo. We fully deserved the half time lead. Second half they had more of the play but didn't threaten that much and we easily had just as much dangerous chances on the counter. O'Riley was massive on both sides of the ball for us today and was arguably man of the match for us. McGregor looked much more like himself. What is great about the win is that you know we have huge room to get better over the next few months whereas they had pretty much their team out there today.
