Weaker than last season for sure.

Polish lad looks good, but the fact we've lost Starfelt in the process, makes the backline weaker for it.

Midfield we've lost Mooy and Odin so far isn't at his level. Odin isn't taking us up a level either, not any time soon.

Yang looks a player and is better now than Forrest for the right, but he's not taking us up a level either, specially not with Jota gone.

Actually truly believe we are weaker as a squad.

Makes you wonder what Rodgers has agreed to come back for, because he is * deluded if he thinks the club has invested in taking the squad up a level for Europe.

It's signings that are more of the same, rough gems to be polished and hope to make a quid on in a year or two. No one actually signed who is just simply a better player and takes us up that level.

Left Winger, Right Winger, Attacking Midfielder and a Striker all needed before the window shuts, so short of quality in there !!

 

Only ourselves to blame. He knew we needed strengthening, he knew we needed power in the team. It was identified early.

Is the lack of signings the managers fault, the boards fault or the recruitment team? Either way it's a disgrace.

 

Massively missing any degree of creativity in the middle of the park... which was provided by Mooy, but we've subsequently replaced with a 20 year old who likely won't give a tenth of the output.

 

Get what we clearly need in now Celtic. No projects, 3 or 4 first team ready players for the next league game

How can we sell our best player and most creative player for 25 million and no replaced him yet?

It's inexcusable..

How have we no identified a top 8 type or 6 in midfield with power and athleticism to walk straight in to the side?

We needed it last season. We've needed it for ages. Our midfield is lightweight and no quick enough but under the inverted system they had support and an overload in there as well as another technically gifted player in Mooy who's gone..

How have we been watching Hart regress and still have no keeper in?

How can we see Taylor isn't suited to this system and we all know Bernabei isn't it, yet we haven't sorted that either?

* disgusted with that. We've been WAY TOO SLOW. There's no excuses that will wash..

We gambled the start of the season at Pittodrie and just about got by. We've gambled again with the defence of our first cup and fallen straight off..

 

I hoped I was wrong but signing 6 players, all with very limited experience in the hope we make money from them just looks like a big * up. Yeah it's early but we shouldn't be going out this early. Our bench should be stronger than Kilmarnock. We needed someone in midfield we've got Holm and Kwon and I think neither are good enough. Nawrocki looked weak, I can let Yang have a pass but let's not pretend he's a guaranteed starter, Gus is new and I think we should have played Scales.

 

They'll shut their mouths for the rest of the window.. then say the same * next summer.

Let's be honest here. He was sacked from a club he doomed to relegation. He's not exactly a hot commodity. He probably just thinks he can win some trophies for a few years, hopefully get a result or two in Europe and build his reputation again. I don't think he was making big demands, like he's in a position of great power
