    Well mines was last season at the shaktar game, immense atmosphere, best i have exsperianced BUT this one looks as if it may rank up there with it, must have been amazing to be in there.........

    Panathinaikos fans have a great atmosphere, but the best atmosphere in the world has to go to Boca Juniors.

    and any european night at CP is the best atmosphere i've experienced.

    The Milan game last year. When Skippy scored everyone in my row was jumping up and down hugging each other and everything. The team celebrated right at my corner and I lost my voice just Celebrating that goal. Holy Cow, I have never been to a game like it.

    Best Celtic atmospheres have been the 3-0 v Benfica, the 6-2 vthe Huns and the 2-1 v AC Milan. But the best atmosphere I have ever been involved in was definitely the Scotland v Italy qualifier game at Hampden last November.. it was unreal.. I know it was very hyped that we would qualify, but all 52,000 fans in Hampden gave it our all that night.. The first half atmosphere was alright, not too great after their early goal, but as soon as Loch Lomond started the whole atmosphere changed.. we didn't sit down for the rest of the game and I lost my phone when we scored...

    I was around 5 sections to the left of where this video was taken.. let it get in a few minutes and you'll see what I mean.. the bit where they play the braveheart speech was immense

    True mate.. I lost my phone and ended up two rows down when we scored... I seriously think if we hadn't been singing and boosting the team, they wouldn't have equalised.. we were that good lol.. It was like walking up to the game looking at all the other fans, It was like we were going into battle..

    p.s watch 7.07 minutes of that video... the braveheart speech...

    The Partizan Belgrade second leg at CP in '89 (?) is one I'll never forget.
    Their last minute goal was one of the lowest blows ever, lol I'm still sickened even now.

    For me personally my best CP games where when we beat Rangers 5-1 afew seasons back (Larsson Chip) and the 3-2 game we beat them again back in may there i was in with the Green Brigade boys and it was briliant non stop singing,what a great day that was:50:

    Not sure exactly what match I've been at that had the best atmostphere but the most surreal one was the final day of the 1985/86, second half the match was played in an eerie deathly silence till Albert Kidd score for Dundee....One of the best days I've had at a game.

    all celtic cl games..juve was a great night!and the 6-2 game were unbelievable atmospheres!!
    also ac milan v fiorentina at the san siro 2 years ago was absolutely immense.
    i recently attended a pre season friendly at the stadio olimpico between lazio and paok while there on holidays.we were in the curva with all the ultras and the atmosphere was truly frightening and intimidating.

    Been some amazing Euro/Hun games over the years, but for me the best ever has got to be the night we beat Real Madrid in the European Cup quarter final 1st leg in 1980. Wee Johnny Doyle (RIP) was outstanding & scored the 2nd with a header!! Always remember the whole stadium bouncing to "THERES ONLY ONE TEAM IN EUROPE!!" Remember being gutted listening to the 2nd leg on the radio a fortnight later when we lost 3-0 in the Bernabeu. Although i was quite young, that 1st game against Madrid will live with me forever!!:shamrock:
