It will be interesting to see what the actual budget is. As has been pointed I'd imagine one of the reasons he's coming back is because of the budget.

Also if he's given 35 million say will that be added too if we sell players? He could end up spending over 50 million. Exciting summer ahead

No chance. The GB have valid reasons not to like him. I still think Brendan Rodgers is a sneaky wee * after what he done on us. He's definitely not forgiven fully from me. I will back him as he's now the manager of my football club but definitely not forgiven! People on here have short memories of he's easy forgiven although I guess that's the way the word is nowadays. Men aren't really men anymore like they used to be. With that said, he has my backing and I hope one day the gb along with all of us us have forgiven him after he's made it up by bringing us to another European final or done another quad treble or something other special. He's definitely not forgiven just because he has taken the job up again. Only a happy clapper * would fall for such *!

 

I'm happy with this appointment. His record in his first stint can't be argued with. Now he comes back with a point to prove and possibly looking to resurrect his name amongst Celtic fans

I think the club probably have an amount based on an idea of who will or could go and expected fees. I think Budget will also be based around salaries. So we may see X y and z on transfer fees but salaries and signing on fees aren't so transparent.

 

Its quite interesting to watch TBH.
It's a lot clearer watching these stories revising themselves and reorganising themselves around changes to a collective identity like this as opposed to the vague glimpses you get when you try to watch it in yourself with respect to your personal identity.
